No breakfast. location was pretty good.We do not advise anybody to go here. Spend a little bit more and find a nicer place.

A lot of mold on the bathroom walls and the front door had been kicked in at one time and you could actually see through the edges around the door.

We arrived late and the keycard was not working so we had to wait a long time to get into the room. On top of that, I was charged twice (once through booking.com and once by the property) and I tried contacting them but couldn't get through. I still haven't gotten any refund or a callback!

The location is great. 5 minute walk to Ripleys aquarium and Annakeesta.

This hotel is very old and rundown. The pictures online are a little misleading.

Mold, sink leaking, sockets don’t work, shower so nasty didn’t want to use it.

Our cash was refunded to us in full. Nothing was stolen from our vehicle overnight.

Everything. To be honest, it was a nightmare. We arrived around one in the morning, dead tired. There was a note on the office door that guests had to go to the Howard Johnson next door to check in. There was a heap of unbagged trash laying next to the Travelodge office door along with a tipped over service cart. When entering the room, the first thing you see is the dresser/entertainment center sitting out in the middle of the room. The smoke detector is beeping due to low battery. We removed it to be able to sleep. The sink didn't drain upon checking under the sink, we noticed that there was a cup and towel in place to catch water from a crack in the drain pipe. Only one outlet worked, and it wasn't even near the beds. There was no lamp on the nightstand. When the manager "Kevin" contacted us about our complaints, he explained that, "it is a Travelodge and it is low budget, you have to expect this." No, you are providing a service to paying customers. Very Disappointed from Ohio.

Disgustingly filthy,wires hanging out of wall,bath floor and tub covered in mold.no blankets, throw away thin blanket,stains on sheets. People talking, yelling right outside door after midnight for hours, slamming doors. If we weren't exhausted, would have driven to next state, gaitlinburg built up to carnival world and total tourist area.

Nothing. Check in was at 3pm and they canceled my reservation before 3pm. I received a notice from booking.com I had time to handle this but Travelodge said they didn't care.
