The room was not what we expected from the look of the outside and was pleasantly surprised when we walked in the room! The bed was great and clean bathroom. It had been update and it was a very nice stay!

The outside was someplace we normally would not stay. Parking area was small. No breakfast that was stated in the room booklet. Should be updated maybe. Overall--nice stay!

The bed was comfortable. Good location. Staff was nice and cleaning crew appeared to be hard working.

The towels were very old. The faucet in the shower was almost impossible to move. The phone didn’t work. We killed 6 bugs. Breakfast wasn’t visible. Need bug maintenance.

The room was incredibly dirty, the floors were so dirty you could not walk on them without staining your socks or having to wash the dirt off of your bare feet.

Parking outside of our room so we didn't get wet uploading out luggage.

Staff could have been more personable and welcoming, but they had all the information I needed

There was no breakfast. The room looked like it had been spot cleaned. the bathroom needs lots of improvements. The faucet was about to come off the wall, there was a wet washcloth left in the bathroom. A little unnerving to see a wet washcloth still in our room. The tin around the bed was tacky.

the parking sucks if you’re one of the last ones in, there minimum spots for bigger vehicles so they just take up 2. other than that nice spot clean rooms comfortable bed.

Not much, except that it was available at the last minute.

We booked a king room, but upon arrival at 9PM, the room still hadn’t been made up from the previous tenant. The nice fellow on staff apologized and moved us into a double full room. However, this room had problems: the TV wasn’t set up to work properly, and when I tried to call the office on the room phone, the phone didn’t work. I walked over to the office once again and requested that he come to the room, which he did; he moved some dials on the TV and jiggled the phone connections so they would work, and left us to our devices. When I later went to take a shower, the control handle was very hard to move and almost falling off (needs a good tightening with an Allen wrench, which I didn’t happen to have with me). The water nozzle was also very loose and flimsy, but I was able to pull up on the diverter knob to allow the shower to work. At $66, I don’t expect lavish accommodations, but I do expect a room with properly functioning facilities. This place had a 7.1 rating with more than 600 reviews, but I am disappointed. Worse than any other facility that I have used through booking.com.
