Only had coke machine. No Pepsi

I had to leave at 7a, so I had to miss breakfast since it wasn't ready until 7.

The staff was kind the check in young girl was very helpful we had a issue with our T.V. in our room she immediately came and solved the problem .The breakfast was wonderful 😋

Info on website and in automated emails a few years out of date. Breakfast options and phones in rooms, etc. not as described. Be sure to call for accurate info; staff is very helpful.

The location was great. The parking area is kind of tight. but you cant beat the location if you're looking to walk to shops.

I wish there wasnt staffing shortages as we had to check in/check out and get breakfast at another location, but it was only a couple minutes up the road so it wasn't too bad. Wish they had a bigger fridge (we like to get local goodies to take home) , and wish there was a little night light by the bathroom area. We remembered to bring our own this time. That is being nit picky though, we love the place.

every thing was good

It's a little bit of an older place, but it has charm, it's in walking distance main strip and the beds were soooooooooo comfortable. This will be my new go-to place when I visit Berlin.

Due to staffing shortages, we had to check in at a different place just down the street, but even that wasn't so bad. Breakfast was at the hotel down the street too, but it was still included and very good.

love the location and it is always clean

we lost track of time and at exactly 11 am there is a knock at the door saying housekeeping. I went to the door and said we would be out in 10 minutes and got a glare and she walked away. we were out in 10 and they were pulling away. I found that very rude. we have stayed there for years and everyone always has been so nice. but this was totally an nasty end to our trip

Not enough staff and a little pricey for having to travel to a different location for breakfast. otherwise a good place to stay.

check in and the breakfast were at the sister hotel. this was a real pain, as we had to drive and park at the second location several times to check in and to have a breakfast. This was not expressed until after I booked. Very disappointing to have to go down to the Berlin Heritage Inn one that is not where we were staying. Had I known that it was closed down at the Lodging on the Square I would not have paid the exorbitant price to be there. I thought that they would at least have the lobby open.

We have been staying with this facility for years. We love the rooms and they're cleanliness and the staff is exceptional. They offer a great breakfast in the morning and the location is central to what we need.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was great. Wi-Fi was very appreciated as the data from my carrier was not sufficient for the area.

The room had a musty smell. Everything looked clean, but it still had a smell. Our neighbor smoked standing in her doorway and the smoke odor came right in our room. Certainly did not appreciate that.

Nice quiet location

Had to drive 3 blocks to breakfast price online was $81 per night but ended up being over 300 for 2 nights
