The layout of our room...very roomy and comfortable.

That the pool has to close so early...adults should be able to use the pool throughout the night especially when they check in late.

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends, 11 people in total in 3 rooms. Since there were many of us and lots of luggage we had to drive several trips to get us all there. the first 2 arrived with most of our luggage midmorning and were able to get one of the rooms right away which was nice. Good kitchen in room that we hardly used. we ended up ordering food for delivery in the evening and could si in the breakfast area to eat. Great breakfast compared to many similarly priced places we stayed. gluten free porridge and oat milk were appreciated by some in our group. The pool was nice but we were surprised that there was a limit of 12 people.

the first room we were given the bathroom door was falling off its hidges, like the screws were 2/3 of the way out. We were promptly moved to a new room when I complained. A couple of the other rooms had very noisy bathroom doors so everyine woke up when someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. None of the rooms we got had towels for 4 people despite that being part of the booking. waling in this area is a joke. I took a walk in the morning before breakfast and there are some sidewalks in the area but they randomly and very abruptly start and end, often in overgrown bushes.

Clean, great pool and hot tub, kid friendly, awesome breakfast!

Close to the Mall, Walmart and Airport.

Room appears to be clean if you don't look closely.

It was very clean and in a great location with tons to do nearby. The included kitchen in the room was nice to make a quick bite!

Times online for breakfast were different then at the location and the staff was slightly rude.

My niece had gotten bit by a bedbug during our stay. I noticed that when we had entered the hotel room something was spilled all over the kitchen floor an shoes were sticking to it. For the amount of money I paid for the room an compared to previous stays I was disappointed

This hotel is very nice, the room was great & comfortable, we had a small kitchen & large refrigerator. The free breakfast was wonderful! Front desk staff was nice & helpful.

We booked a one night stay in a two bedroom suite for my 13 year old brothers birthday, he wanted to swim as they have a pool & hot tub. When we checked in, the front desk said there was something wrong with the suite we had booked so they had to split our party up into three rooms with king beds, which they had all comped for us. Since we had booked the suite to all be together, it was very nice of them to make our stay complimentary. When we went to use the pool, the place was packed & we had come to find out that there was a group of people who booked a stay in the hotel & decided to invite all of their friends to use the pool who were not staying at the facility. So unfortunately there was hardly any room for us in the hot tub or the pool because there were atleast 20 kids there with hardly any parents. Kids will be kids, but these children were causing a ruckus, cussing at me & family, jumping in & out of the hot tub & no adults were correcting them or even paying attention. We had mentioned something to the front desk & they proceeded to tell us that the pool is like that every weekend! That group of people are always there, inviting their friends which people who are not staying at the hotel for the night should not be using the pool. Then the following morning, we had planned on using the pool since we couldn’t the night before & it ended up being closed because they had to clean it after the ridiculous party from the night before. There was also a fight that had broke out between a few guests staying where the girls had fist fought & ripped each other’s clothes apart! We are very grateful our stay was comped because if it had been any other way, we would have been even more disappointed. It’s a shame because this is a nice hotel but if that’s what goes on every weekend, I wouldn’t waste my money.

the sofa bed sheets were extremely dirty. the toilet leaked all over the bathroom and we called nobody came to fix it
