The location over looking the reedy river and falls park was exactly what we wanted. The room was perfect for us and it was very quiet.

Convenient location with adjoining car park. (Much cheaper than valet parking). Good size room. Restaurant on site.

Breakfast could have been better. Shortage of bread, cutlery on first day. Better on subsequent days. Rooms not serviced until later in the day. (after 4pm). Receptioninst on arrival was very abrupt. Other staff much more pleasant. Signposting from car park to reception could be better.

So far it’s our go to hotel in Greenville the location is great.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND ADDED MUCH VALUE TO THE STAY. THE INDOOR POOL WAS ALSO ADDED VALUE SINCE WE HAD A RAINY SATURDAY. WE ENJOYED HAVING THE PARK RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOORS.

Rooftop bar with fire pits was lovely. Also having a Ruth’s Chris onsite was very convenient.

Managers reception needed one additional bartender for a sold out hotel. One person was not enough to handle the crowd.

Unfortunately, due to an incident with bed bugs, we were moved to a room with one less bed. Not enough space for 5 people. Lack of response from the staff made the situation much worse. Still no resolution from the hotel which is frustrating. We are currently still waiting for a refund.

An immediate response from the team would have made the situation much better. The hotel is nice and we’d like to return. We hope the issue is resolved quickly.

The bed was dirty and uncomfortable and the Breakfast buffet staff was very very rude. Staff was rude when we checked in.

The room was nice as was the breakfast.

We found the staff very unfriendly and they seemed very unhappy. To be honest it was very much bad energy and to be honest a bit of a downer. When paying these kinds of prices one would expect a little gratitude from the staff. After all the customers are paying their wages. or maybe management isn’t paying them enough.

The hotel is very clean and in an awesome location. My room was very spacious.

Valet assumed because I had cash. I just got paid. That comment was out of line. Housekeeping knocked once and walked in on me while I was getting dressed.

I liked the location a lot. It was downtown and a comfortable walk to restaurants, shopping and Reedy Park. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the daily cocktail receptions too! Thank you!

There were no bellmen. It took my sister and I a little trouble getting luggage to cart and negotiating it to the room. I am handicapped and my sister has back issues. It would have been nice to have help. Also I wanted a balcony on water side of property and our balcony was in front of air conditioning units. Not pleasant. It was a waste of money. Twenty five dollars per day in addition to cost of the room for parking was a bit excessive I thought. You need to make guests aware of housekeeping protocols. The first day I read sign in bathroom saying to call for service. During the call the agent said no need to call, rooms are cleaned daily. He told me to remove do not disturb sign and room would be done. We did that, got home late and had to call at night to get trash removed and towels. It was confusing.

The Room was excellent 👌! We had a great view with a balcony! The breakfast is awesome with plenty of options to chose from! The restaurants at the hotel are delicious!

More options with the evening reception bar! The bartender kept pushing something she made up that was watered down. Also please supply enough cups for the bartender!
