Perfect location right in the middle of everything and all in walking distance. Beds were extra comfy and the room was spotless. Highly recommend!

Continental breakfast was good but definitely wish there was some bacon on the menu..

I absolutely love this place!!! The lodge was spectacular I love how it was decorated for Christmas. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, bathroom clean. We had a balcony unfortunately ours was more of an ally view but it was so cold we really didn’t use it. Oh my stars y’all this location is absolutely perfect if you’re coming to Gatlinburg and want to be down by the main strip this is the place to be! It’s located right next to the aquarium and across from anakeesta. We literally walked everywhere. The free breakfast was even good. Had great internet- my son was able to video game! This will be the place we return to!!

Nothing. Everything was great! Just a longer walk to breakfast from where we were located. Nothing direct from the main office to the rooms.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night as our reason for visiting was to hike in GSMNP and it was closed so we did not stay . We would return at a future date

Bed was super uncomfortable and the breakfast was bad.

We wanted to be on the strip and it was the perfect location to walk everywhere you needed to go. The rooms were spacious and bathroom was adequate. Staff was nice.

There is nothing to do there except sleep. Margaritaville was next door and had two huge fire pit areas that you could sit at. We had a brook view. The shower still had some hair in it and one bed was decent the other bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t good but wasn’t horrible. For the amount of money you pay for a room you should have comfort, good food, and a great atmosphere.

We loved almost everything. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

We didn’t like that our room was on the farthest end away from the pool and front desk. With no connecting hallway. We also would have really appreciated a hot tub to soak in after a very long day of walking.

The Hotel is okay. The location was pretty good as it was within walking distance to the main street and all the restaurants and store. The bed was comfortable which was a great thing.

The room was old and in need of an update. I paid extra for the view of the river/creek and it was pretty disappointing. What I saw mostly was just the building and street stuff the hotel backed into and not a pretty wilderness view. Good thing we didn't really stay in the room -- we were out at the park most all day. The room also smelled of old smoke -- not like someone had smoked recently but that it was in the carpet and walls and they keep trying to just use air freshener. The staff was lacking in directions to park -- we were very confused and saw cones blocking spaces all over. Breakfast was okay for a free breakfast but not what I want on vacation.

We loved how convenient the location was! Right on the strip and so easy with our kiddos to go back to rest or change during the day!

Love everything about this property. We stay here every year when we come to Gatlinburg. Very clean, comfortable and location is close to downtown, you can walk to just about everywhere or take a trolley as the hub is located right across from pickup and drop off location.

Nothing I didn’t not like except this is the first year we didn’t get a room next to the river. But that’s it. Nothing really to complain about.
