The rooms were comfortable, very clean and being centrally located, we had easy access to fun stuff like the Hot Springs, zip lining, lake, etc. They also had a barbecue outside that any guest could use which was helpful. The staff were super friendly and nice, gave us extra towels for hot springs, etc. I think it is a family run business and they have pride in their facility.
The coffee machine was NOT a Keurig as advertised. It would be nice if there was more than a microwave--some larger units have kitchenettes but most did not.

The proprietor, Wim Demmers, is a charming and engaging host.
A roll of paper towels in the kitchen would have been nice.

We stayed in a cottage with two bedrooms. It was recently renovated and clean. The owner, Wim, is a very nice gentleman. At the check in he provided tips about the near by restaurants, hikes and other nice locations to visit.

Location was great. The hotel was extremely clean! The owner was apparently the only staff member working, he was very friendly and helpful. My daughter left her phone cord and charger behind and he kindly mailed it back to her.
I found the beds a little soft and uncomfortable, but I believe this is more of a personal preference. I wish there was a continental breakfast included with our stay.

I really enjoy staying at Crescent Motel.Our room was nice and clean.I was travelling with family and important for me it was to have kitchen or kitchenette and I have it and it was very well equiped.The owner Wim was super nice, friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Wim is such a hard worker and you can tell that he takes great pride in his property. He is very friendly and personable.
The cottage was perfect for my daughter, puppy and I. It was very clean when we arrived. The ac kept us nice and cool.
Our puppy loved the front deck as he is very nosy and liked to watch all the goings on in the neighbourhood.
I would highly recommend this cottage/motel to other travellers.

beautifully cared for property! rooms are impeccable and the exterior is full of flowers and plants. great sitting areas, with wonderful views.

The receptionist/caretaker Willem was beyond welcoming, hospitable, friendly, and super accommodating to everybody. Very considerate of my big family and very very helpful. He treats my family like he knew them and he was available for everything and anything.
The location is great! Only one of the few motels that has more pet friendly rooms than the no-pets allowed rooms.
If I go somewhere in Radium, BC, I would definitely comeback here! So happy of my experience there!
The heat of the sun was directly facing our unit and there was only 1 small AC for the entire unit including the bedrooms.
