Friendly and helpful staff and very clean room and well supplied towels etc.

I cannot think of anything that disappointed me.

Breakfast was fine.

While the motel itself was very nice, it did seem overpriced - probably due to the fact that Washington State University was having its graduation the day we stayed there.

Not really anything.except the male front desk clerk was polite and tried to help me with the room issues.

Hmmmm....1. Door handle didn't work and it had been like this with other guests they said. But it was finally fixed. 2. The TV was not working well ..the system had to be reset by an employee end of my 2nd day there. 3. Beds were not made well at allllll..looked liked someone had been laying on it..AND the next day housekeeping threw the covers over the pillows that were thrown at the head of the bed.. That was ridiculous!! 4. Bath mat was frayed and old. Come on folks that is so ignorant. 5. This should be number #1 but it ended up here.The lady at the front desk in the morning is as nice as a rock. Oh, and wouldn't you think she might be polite or nice with all of my issues..No, she couldn't do that and when she was out in front of the building Smoking she looked about just as happy the next day. FIND SOMEWHERE FOR YOUR EMPLOYESS TO SMOKE NOT OUT FRONT..Common sense owners. 6. Carpet is discolored and room smelled old..It may have been a pet room. 7. Other guests were smoking in there non smoking rooms. It was pretty obvious if you have a sense of smell at all. I will never stay in this white trash establishment again..This was the 3rd and final stay..#### I will pay more and go down the street from there.

staff was friendly room was clean. chair in room was super nice and comfortable. hot tub and pool were really clean and nice.

bed was hard. shower was slick. stairs to get to second floor was loose. swimming pool never had towels.

In room coffee maker, only one cup at a time. Towels were a little stained.
