I was upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely; spacious and modern. I have stayed quite a few times as my child attends Rochester Institute of Technology. The RIT Inn is only 4 miles away from RIT and it's an easy drive. The staff is lovely and very accomodating. Carrie, the evening manager, was very helpful. Patrick, the Front Desk Manager, was very attentive in checking me out and discussing the room charge. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

The executive room was lovely, but the standard rooms are a bit dated and they could also use a refresh. That being said, they are sparkling clean and I never worry about cleanliness when staying here. I noticed, for the first time this visit, that some of the parking lot lights were out and the lot was a bit dark. Also, this doesn't matter to me, but there is no free breakfast. Although, there is a lovely restaurant onsite, which is very convenient.

The front desk staff was super!

The elevator was small but not something they can really do anything about. More advice for future guests.

Shower lacked water pressure and didn't drain. Found a few hairs in it that didn't belong to us. Far from downtown.

Fair price

We got to the hotel at the time check-in was supposed to be. We ended up waiting 3 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready. We were there for a formal function and this gave me no time to get ready. We were also late to the function because we didn't get our room til the function started.
