Located very close to family, grocery, and shopping..

Laundry was a little difficult as only 1 washer was available due to our of service but, able to get to laundry mat..

I love the room size .

Room was clean and well stocked and had plenty of eating and entertainment choices because of its location next to KaMakana Mall.

Humidity in the room was horrible (72-80%), which made room smell of mold and mildew. Food was bad. Bacon, eggs, sausage, tasted really bad. Bagels were there some days but not others.

The cost and convenience were definitely strong points. No resort or parking fees made it a good value. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. There were several restaurants at various price points nearby too.

The parking spaces were somewhat small and parking enforcement seemed lax.

Complimentary breakfast was great. Friendly Staff, beautiful rooms.

My bed and room were comfortable.. quiet. I had a view of the center of the mall next door. Conveniently located is a grocery store within walking distance.

Dinning area gets crowded fast. Not enough seating... many took food to their rooms. Maybe get rid of the big hightop table in the middle of the room and replace with smaller tables.

Very accommodating and staff and very clean property.

Rooms are small and basic. Not much space for clothing (drawers/dressers). We stayed in the room to eat but not much of a dining area. Trash bins were small.

The hotel was next to a mall and we didn't need to go far. The hotel was clean and the room was not too cold.

My hubby said there wasn't any bacon for breakfast, lol.. for me the option for breakfast was ok.

Location is everything. It’s adjacent to the newest mall, Kamakana Ali’i in the thriving city of Kapolei. The grocery store, restaurants, retail stores & more were just a minute’s walk away. The hotel property is clean & the staff was friendly.

Hotel guests may have to compete with nearby businesses such as 24 Fitness for parking during busy times.

The staff is amazing and so friendly. The reception desk is centrally located, so you walk by their desk every time you enter or leave. The staff is never too busy to answer questions or help with your needs. We were upgraded to an amazing room because the baseball team needed the double beds. So we got a huge king sweet. We had a comfortable room and it was so clean. The location is great. We were always going against traffic when we traveled and I love being in the middle of a mall. Lots of shopping closely.

There is a bar next door to the hotel and they played music loudly until midnight. We were on that end of the hotel on the 3rd floor and right beside the bar, so it was loud. People were out in the parking lot talking and laughing til late too. It was Friday night, so to be expected.
