The location

It took 20 to 25 minutes for the water to get hot. I was up and preparing to leave and I wanted some coffee. The coffee machine was broken and it had mold instead the coffee maker. The internet was terrible. I booked an additional night and the guy that checked me assured me I would only pay a couple dollars extra for another night. How about $20 extra. If I would have known the price difference I would have went online.

It was a decent room and clean.

Room smelled like smoke, smoke detector removed, no breakfast or iron. Office staff was rude.

The whole room was clean, comfortable bed, great lighting outside for safety, fridge (kept cold without freezing), coffee maker, shampoo/soap, AC worked great. The front desk clerk - he was nice & gave me coffee since room service didn't come in.

Room key didn't work on the 2nd day of the 3 night stay (had to go downstairs to get the key fixed), and on the 2nd day there were no fresh towels. It states breakfast, however it was a small honey bun or oatmeal cookie as a choice & the juice station was broken.

Room was very clean! You can park right in front of your door as well. Nice to have coffee, mini fridge, tv and microwave. Open plan closet so easy to access your stuff.

Right by the highway. We heard traffic all night. Truck drivers travel 24/7 so bring earplugs if you need quiet. Pretty noisy. And the "breakfast included" was a vending machine honey bun and lobby coffee. Nothing against honey buns, but we thought we were getting at least a continental breakfast. Due to a storm the night before we were told the motel was closed at check in as no power was available. However, while on the phone with Booking.com, the power was restored thanks to utility workers. Could that explain the breakfast? Who knows. Call and ask what the breakfast is! Mattress and pillows were ok.

I thought this was going to be a clean place since it’s new but it’s disgusting. There was literally like 5 cookies for breakfast. Room stunk like cigarettes. The sheets had a Burt hole. The comforter was STAINED on both beds there was a pimple patch on the bed.

That it's close to many places

The WiFi isn't working and I've paid for an extra 3 days. I'm starting to regret it. I paid all that money and there isn't a full stove or fridge. The key card kept messing up and I've had to go down to the office just so he can rekey it or whatever which I don't think me getting in shouod be an issue in this weather it was frustrating and the guy acted like he didn't know it kept doing it.
