The location is great
Surface clean, but the crevices need to be tended to. It made you feel a little gross

The room was older but big and clean, you can't beat price, location and the comfortable feeling you get. I didn't mind it being older. Very comfortable.

Great location that was close to Lake Michigan and the SS Badger ferry. Easy to get to this hotel. Clean, sufficient rooms that are economically priced. Great value for the cost!
Everything was fine during my stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I would not recommend any changes to this location. Great value for the cost!

My son and I stayed one night on a bicycle trip across the country. Good, clean, comfortable motel walking distance from restaurants downtown

The location is great
The mattress is old and sinks in the middle. Pillows are old and flat. Decor was 1970’s at best

Staff at the front desk was very accommodating. He was friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but it was expected. The location of the motel is why we chose it. We visit Ludington 4-5 times each year and it was our 1st time at Ventura Motel.
The daily cleanliness was fine. Deep cleaning and updating could be done. To clarify, sheets, towels, tables, etc were clean. Stained bedspread, marks on walks, tub, windows, etc need attention.

Bagel was perfect to start the day. Seeing his friendly face and smile in the morning made my day

The breakfast is tasty but easy to eat quickly as I head for the ferry. The room's TV works very well and offers many channels. The WiFi is free, fast, and works without issues or delays. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and ready with soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels. The owners always remember me and welcome me back. I stay at the Ventura and do not check for bargains at other places. Their prices are always good.
I have never had complaints. If I was not happy, I know I could tell the owners, and they would listen.

Location is great, walking distance to downtown and the beach. Staff are friendly.
The windows and doors are outdated with gaps so bugs easily come in.

Location was amazing!..Hotel room are spacious
Overall the room was really clean except for the comforters one of them had a stain and that makes you feel like the whole bed is dirty but the bottom linen was clean.

The room was very clean, the manager was professional and friendly and the motel is in a great location.
We reserved a queen suite with a hot tub. What we got was a king bed with no hot tub.
