Convenient location.

The room smelled bad. The bed was saggy and obviously very old. To use the microwave or coffee machine, both had to be plugged in to a power strip hanging off the wall. The bathroom window was clear plastic, very unsafe and easily removed. The bathroom window had no curtain, so people could see in. The deadbolt on the door was not functional. There was no phone in the room. Several lights did not work, making the room dark. Overall, a grimy hotel I will never stay at again.

Absolutely nothing

We tried to get ahold of the property starting at 10pm, to let them know we were going to be checking in 15min after midnight. We called every 15min until we arrive at 1215. They never answered the phone, and although there was a sign on the door saying there were on-site to help check in after midnight, they would not answer. When we showed up there was another lady who had been waiting for and hour to get into the hotel as well with no luck. We were unable to check in because of this and they still charged us for the stay even though it was their fault.

Location

The overall experience. The first room I was given was not clean, I almost thought I walked in on some ones room. Second room I was given was worse. The 3rd room I was given was clean but was on the side where there was a bar a rock throw away.

The staff was excellent. Our room was very nice. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The location isn't so good but its still pretty easy to get on and off the interstate.
