Convenient location, really large room with a king bed and a kitchenette.
There was a pool but not a hot tub.

It seems that it was recently renovated. Our room was spacious and had a good-sized fridge, a convenient cooktop, and a nice sitting area. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.
The staff needs hospitality training. The way we were treated was appalling. The front desk personnel clearly don't want to be there. They spend time in the back room, making you wait 10 minutes on average, leaving the front desk unattended. One time, we had to wait while they sat in the lobby and browsed the internet on their iPad.
They scoffed and made insulting remarks to the point that we were shocked that this attitude existed in hotels.
Disappointing.

Staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. Great size room. Loved having the kitchen as Bridgewater, Massachusetts is not the best area to find a restaurant for someone with a serious gluten allergy who is a Vegetarian.

It was spacious, clean, had continental breakfast, a bar at night, gym area. Bed was comfortable, a pull out sofa was handy and it was quiet at night. And the employees were soooo nice!
The only drawback was the pool temperature. It was too chilly for us this time of year. If it had been hot summer weather, the temp would have worked.

The location was a little far from our intended destination but it was worth the trip. The breakfast was very nice, the food was hot and fresh, and they kept it replenished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a little small but the temperature was perfect, very relaxing. The pool hours were awesome, open very early to very late, very accommodating.
The pool could have been bigger, given the number of rooms, the pool would definitely not accommodate many of the guests. It would have been nice to have a hot tub also.

Your staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We used the workout room every day and thought it was great.
Update your linens! The blanket on our bed needed to be replaced. Our room was either too hot or too cold. We had a difficult time adjusting the temp.
