The location was great. The room was ready for early check in, which was appreciated. The reception attendants were kind and almost always present.
So…upon arrival I let management know that the fold out bed (a futon) was broken. Additionally there was no hair dryer, which was one (of many) amenities listed that wasn’t present (including a desk, but that’s neither here nor there). Told them day one and day two of our three night stay. Long story short, I had to haggle for a partial refund - nothing was ever done (an air mattress was offered, but that’s definitely NOT what was expected for this price, and given the space not acceptable). Also, the property provided dishwasher pods, surface cleaner, dish soap, shampoo, soap, etc, but NO laundry detergent. Which…okay I’m here three nights and I have to buy my own. Then I realized they request (don’t insist) that departing guests put their linens in the washing machine. But, like, with what soap? The soap I’m assuming they bought? Gross. SO GROSS.

The location was amazing! Also the unit is Huge! It have like parents room - big with a personal bathroom, and small room
Didn't have big pans and kitchen supplies aren't good to do some real cooking.
The bed in the small room isn't big enough for 2 people

Great location
Bed was uncomfortable, pillows, and linens. I didn't like the TV situation. Garbage under sink was full upon arrival.

nice roomy apartment . nice roof top to overlook the city
so many rules. did not get a main door key for both of us but there was a receptionist at the door to let us in. had to take a photo of binder and keys, sent it off, never got a response. I took a picture of each room before I checked out to make I didn’t get blamed for missing items.

location was great...lots of restaurants and shops - target is down the block...roof top terrace was very cool. this is a city - homeless people around but that didn't bother us.
the tv in the living room was not working, advised the owner they tried to help but it didn't work - for the price I paid I would except a little more - thank God the tv in the small bedroom worked - we are not amish and do enjoy tv in the evening -they said sorry for your inconvenience...that's not acceptable to me...no fan in the bathroom...they provided us w half a roll of toilet paper left by the last guest - no garbage bags - really need a little bedside table in the smaller room had to put my things on the floor. if your bringing a dog that is not used to the city it may be difficult - there is not one patch of grass anywhere but Rittenhouse park near by - its a a few blocks away - make sure you bring comfy shoes lots of walking.

The bed. It w was s more a sofa bed bad mattress for 5 nights.

The specific apt was great and nicely maintained. Good convenient location!
Neighbors or someone using lasers constantly. Would not recommend until that is addressed.
Needs trash cans, and few cleaning supplies. Even if it’s just Lysol wipes.
