Absolutely nothing!!

Walls in the room were disgusting. The hallways smelled bad. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were cheap and flat. The security card reader by my room didn’t work. Had to have it reset 3 times. The driveway wasn’t plowed and it was like driving across a plowed field. There was no ice maintenance outside the entry door and I slipped and fell. They came into my room without my asking and basically made the bed. However they neglected to resupply the toilet paper which was low when I checked in. The water never got more than warm in the shower.

The room looked fairly nice. Like they made an effort to make it look more modern. The staff was friendly. The room was a bit spacious. Easy access from the road.

The heat could of been left on. Middle of the winter and they didn't turn on the heat in the room. So it was indeed freezing in the room. After 2 hours with their heaters on it was pretty cold we had to ask for an additional space heater. (Also they had 2 heaters in the room a wall unit that was extremely loud) By the time we used the jacuzzi tub my feet were so cold they burned going in the water.. not the funniest way to spend your evening or money on. The room door wouldn't close with out really forcing it.

The pictures of the rooms are NOT WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE. If you're going to promote your hotel show pictures of the basic room not the suites. Will never stay here again ot wasn't worth the money I spent. There were murders that happened at this location a few years back

Not really a breakfast, only danishes, but at least they were fresh.

The orange juice was spoiled.

No breakfast left when we went down to eat.

Check out was at 11:00 but cleaning people were vacuuming loudly and talking loudly at 9:00 or earlier right outside our room when we were still trying to sleep because of a late night at a Concert. Rooms were not very soundproof and not that clean.

What breakfast. Coffee awful. Prepackaged food with lots of preservatives

A huge bloody spot on sheet covering box spring. Told the office worker about it. He did nothing about it after telling me he would check it out.

Wish could of upgraded to 2 beds for free. Was not full

It was perfect. We needed a place to stay so we didn't have to drive home in bad weather. They were very friendly letting us check in at 1am.
