the indoor court is so pretty and the pool area is very nice. great food at the restaurant and staff is very nice

the water in the shower never got more then warm our whole stay… my daughter was lucky if she could get a full shower before it got cold. I cousin t even get a shower after her because there was not enough hot water at all actually the water was never what I would even call hot. breakfast wasn’t worth it by the time we went down the second day there was like nothing

pool and hot tub seemed dirty. the The rooms were not especially clean either. The continental breakfast was very disappointing.

The hot tub area was broken. Never fails every time lol.

Outdated decor. Broken shower head. Noisy neighbors. Subpar breakfast. “Heated” pool not so heated. Entire hotel reeked of chlorine.

The pool had plenty of chlorine in it. The opening and closing hours were good.

could not use the hot tub!!!!!!!!! So many kids sitting around it!!!!!!!!!! was not happy ! That was the main reason I booked the hotel!

We had no hot water and the shower nozzle was broke and I told the manager and he said to find a wrench or whatever I could and try to tighten it. It still didn't work but that's not my job!

Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The desk attendant that I spoke to when informing the hotel we were checking out at 930 after being rerouted from a non housekeeping attended dirty room to a loud poolside room.

That we walked into a dirty room that had not been serviced after the last occupants left, that we were then told the absolute ONLY rooms left we poolside. The fact that I needed to be in bed by 8pm but due to loud children and strange adults rattling my door knob until 10pm I knew sleep would not be coming so we left. No refund offered manager conversation no comping our next stay discussion...

Breakfast was a waste. It wasn't a breakfast. Last time we came it was excellent. Guess budget cuts = less customer satisfaction.

Room was dirty. They must have just renovated the rooms because there were holes and pencil marks all over the walls. Beds and pillows are stiff and uncomfortable.

staff is always great! needed a new remote for the tv because it was missing. the guy at the front got a new one came and set it up. good location. decent price for pool and hot tub.

the beds are horrible!! I toss and turn all night barely any sleep. every single room I get the beds need replaced. I’ve been staying here for work, but go home on weekends so I come back get a different room each time. depending who cleans the room some are great some aren’t this stay I had a dirty towel on the rack where clothes hang. the last room the shower wasn’t clean soap scum still on the soap dish. previous guest used the complementary soap wasn’t changed. TVs are old some the sound barely works. decided this is my last week tired of the sleepless nights.

The bartender was extremely nice, and the bar was very clean! The front desk was very nice as well.

Our room was not what I am accustomed to at the Grand! The shower curtain was being held up with duct tape, the shower looked moldy.... wasn't worth the $100 we paid! Very disappointed is an understatement!!!
