Pretty views. Lots to do. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful

This property is severely outdated. I would compare our room to a college dormitory. There was missing flooring in the lobby which I almost tripped over several times. No elevators (and there are several levels so you have to carry luggage etc. up and down stairs.) The carpets were dirty and torn in the hallways and rooms.…the bathroom was extremely small and also dirty- also did not have a lock on the door. It smelled musty/ like mildew throughout the room and halls…and the AC was really loud in the room. I asked to change rooms and the kind staff allowed it (I actually asked to leave initially - it was that bad- but since I booked through Booking.com I was told it wasn’t allowed….but they offered a room change). The second room was slightly better- but not great. Pool was very small. We also had gross food and bad service at the restaurant.

No breakfast was available there. Not included. Restaurant didn’t open until 11 for lunch. View was gorgeous. No elevators. My room was on 4th floor Got to room. It was nice. Air conditioner was not cooling. Called down to front and the sent maintenance man straight up. He tried fixing it. Before he left it quit working again. He called and got me another room. It was nice with a view from the mountain over looking the river. Very pretty.

No elevator. And they charged a deposit at checking in. That wasn’t on the booking page. They said it would be refunded if no damages.

Nice setting. Good restaurant.

The location of the resort is amazing. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking. They had many outdoor activities to enjoy. We really enjoyed the sky train the the Alpine Slide. I would love to come back in the winter.

Our room was in the worst location. Our view out our window was of the compressor units and the rooftop. For such a beautiful place, the room they chose to give us was a disappointment. Also, there was no blow dryer in the room which was very surprising.

The breakfast buffet was second to none. Bacon sausage eggs pancakes all kinds of different fruit and much more!

If I want to be real picky I could say on the side of the bed there was a bunch of hairs on the lamp on the floor. But with employee shortages they had the room pretty darn clean.

Long drive to location from Galena on winding hilly road. STAFF only interested in people from the "group"! We felt alienated, 2nd class not important. No one to assist with bags to room, up and down stairs. No elevators. Had to search for staff in resturant. Drains clogged in tub, very low water pressure. **I requested Waterview when I did reservations. I was told because I used 3rd party booking request wasn't visible to them that I should call directly.

Location is beautiful and private. Amazing views.

Bathroom was very small. No countertop space to put bathroom essentials. Towels stored in open closet as can’t put in bathroom. Also had large spider in bed. came out from pillows while watching TV.
