Die Lage ist prima, Bahnstation direkt vor dem Hotel, 1 Sation bis Manhattan. Fantastische Aussicht auf Manhatten beim Frühstück und von der Roof Top Bar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Bad war sehr schön.

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings etwas schlecht organisiert, der Buffet-Raum ist zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete große Zimmer. Super bequeme Betten. Großes Bad. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück (warm und kalt) frisches Obst. Wird immer wieder nachgefüllt. Die Lage und die phantastische Sicht auf Lower Manhattan.

Sauberkeit der Flure könnte besser sein. Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas zu kurz dadurch schlecht nutzbar.

Great location, nice big room. Reception staff great, lady in lobby taking care of luggage super rude.

In my room you had to hold the shower door closed or flood the whole bathroom which is crazy, the breakfast was average. Ok hotel with convenient location but not worth the price.

Kein Fenster zum öffnen, Unfreundliches Frühstückspersonal, wenig Platz beim Frühstücken und jeden 3 Tag wird leider nur das Zimmer gereinigt, auch nur schlampig !

The Hotel is in a beautiful area of Jersey City, right next to the train linking you to Wall street and Manhattan within few minutes. The views of the south of Manhattan are spectacular and you are also minutes away from a big park with great views of Ellis Island and the statue of Liberty. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Breakfast is good but extremely busy.

The phone in the room did not work, which made the communication with the reception impossible. When we tried to text the reception phone (as suggested by the hotel), the replies were either rude or non-existent. We made a reservation for three adults and we still had to specify that the sofa bed was made, even if we arrived very late. The second night the rooms smelled as if someone had been cooking super spiced or garlicky foods. The stench was strong and the only solution was someone coming downstairs with a spray of deodorant that did not remove the smell at all. Again when we texted the reception, no one replied and no solution was given. Also both days there was a clear under-staffing for breakfast time, not enough food, garbage piling up everywhere and no clear seating or organized dining space. For the overall price of 1000 USD for two nights outside of Manhattan, I really question the value of the stay.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Das Mobiliar war verdreckt oder kaputt. Die Ecken der Tischplatten abgebrochen und scharfkantig. Von den vorhandenen Sitzgelegenheiten war die Hälfte Loungemöbel, sodass man mit den Knie an die Tischoberkante stieß und sich zum Essen weit hinunter beugen musste. Für die vielen Gäste gab es nicht genug Tische. Das Personal kam mit dem Nachlegen nicht hinterher.
