My family and I had been on the road for a week and this was the last hotel we stayed in. Finally - a hotel that met our expectations of friendly service, cleanliness and noise. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Pool isn’t clean splash board is dirty and it seemed not washed on splash board of the wall in the pool it’s dirty

Restaurants, room service, valet, comfy beds.

Floors were really dirty. We have a 1 year old who Was crawling and the carpet was so dirty he had black dirt on his legs, feet and hands. Had to put down the sheets so he could have a clean surface to crawl around on. Would have been nice to have somewhere to eat other than the bed. The room was pretty small but it wasn’t a long stay. In hindsight I should have booked a suite.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great historic area.

They allowed check in without me or a confirmation code. Went along with my husband was who he said he was. Not safe.

Lovely refurbished hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms.

Close to train tracks, and at least three passing trains woke us up during the night.

Staff was wonderful, building needs minor fixing and it could be really grand

The hotel had a lovely historic ambiance and the location was fabulous for easy access to all of the delights of Winchester.

The room was alittle small.. could have used alittle more floor space, and a place to spread out our suitcase. We were only staying for 1 night, so didn’t need to unpack and use the very large dresser.

It’s character and location. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Our kid enjoyed the pool.

The restaurant serving breakfast was the UNO’s pizzeria and the food was mediocre. We did not try the other restaurant in the hotel, which seemed to have a much nicer ambience but wasn’t open for breakfast. The hotel overlooks a vacant lot. The fitness center was tiny and 2 of the 4 machines did not work.

The entire experience was exceptional. We plan on returning next year.

great building, bar & restaurant open on holiday to serve guests. staff from front desk to housekeeping all pleasant and helpful. a hotel far & above the typical travel motel experience for z as few dollars more. 1st class !!
