The property felt safe, elegant, and inviting, making our stay enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and efficient. As the weather was cooler, we really enjoyed the fact that there were two gas fire pits running and having an onsite bar between them felt decadent.

The mattress in our room was a bit bowl shaped with edges that collapsed under us if we got too near them. It is probably due for replacement. Still, it was a decent night's sleep.

the breakfast was a little underwhelming than what it looked like online. If the food was more fresh then that would have been nice. For example, fresh fruit, fresh pastries, etc.

The property grounds were stunning with beautiful gardens and colorful historical buildings. The staff went over and above to make sure we had all the breakfast, area recommendations, and transportation we needed during our stay, and they would even follow up to see how our tours went from the day prior. This hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, and museums.

What a wonderful piece of paradise! This hotel is very well thought out with attention to every detail. Beautiful restored historic buildings, gorgeous grounds with statues, fountains, lamps, fireplaces. Beautifully furnished rooms, great breakfast, bikes to use, only steps from historic downtown. If you visit St Augustine, this is the place t go. Adults only.

The very hotel is a collection of historical homes in a wonderful location. The rooms are all different, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast exceptional, the small bar was very pleasant.

Bedroom kinda tight. A little difficult to get in and out of bed. Also there was a large gap between the front door and the floor so a lot of light came into the sleeping area at night and it was loud when the neighbors came in and out.

The Hotel was beautiful. The valet and restaurant employees were great!

The front desk staff, Jamie and ground staff, Michael were very unfriendly. Very snooty!!!

The Collector is a gem that has its own relaxing, lush setting within walking distance of major attractions. The charm of historic lodging is increased by contemporary conveniences and a welcoming attitude by the staff. We enjoyed our anniversary here, a romantic getaway and will return!

The room was VERY noisy. You could hear the person in the room next to us throwing up all night + doors opening and slamming all night. We called the front desk to complain but no one answered

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like! Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff! I loved absolutely everything about our stay, especially the valet parking! I hate having to search for a parking spot, then walk a half a mile to my room, so this was very convenient ! I do wish the property had a hot tub though! 😁
