The location is great (near to Beverley Hills). The room was clean and the bedding was very good. A parking is available with a valet. The staff (reception and valet) was very kind and helpful.

Do not forget your earplugs, the room was noisy (road of 6 lanes in front of the hotel).

House cleaning wasn’t done.

The location is terrific. Quiet, comfortable rooms, very clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and valet. Yes, you do need to valet and that's the only kind of parking available. It's LA, it's how it's done and yes you will pay for parking, that's also normal in LA. (Don't park on the streets, you'll get a ticket or a tow.)

Not quite what the Pics show, it was a little rough around the edges, clean but old fashioned. Very noisy from the busy traffic. But the worst was the fact they charge guests for Parking !

Very noisy from the busy traffic. But the worst was the fact they charge guests $30 a night just for Parking ! i get fed up with Hotels ripping people off like this, a guest is a guest, and shouldn't pay for parking.

The noise level from outside is very loud. I requested that my room be clean and was there for 3 nights and no came to clean the room. No complimentary breakfast at all. The WIFI password that was given did not work. Hotel was over price in my opinion since it does not offer much.

it was raining and water leaked in all over my luggage and clothes. I checked out and told the front desk and all they told me was “OK”
