Clean, convenient location and friendly staff.
No microwave in the room. I had some leftovers I'd have liked to heat up. Couldn't really figure breakfast out. Different than most I've stayed at. I didn't put a lot of effort in to breakfast though.

No response to my message which I sent few days before my stay and tried till my date to cancel / reschedule the dates of my stay. Very poor customer service. Atleast they should have given redeemable coupons to use for next time like other places. But no response from the management.

The staff was friendly and working their butts off
Our room was dirty. A dirty pair of women's underwear, a child's toy, and what appeared to be a vial of drugs left under the bed. I honestly loved the effort overall of staff but have never experienced anything so disturbing in a hotel room. Also, food was made incorrectly.

parking fee $9.00/day. It should be inclusive of the Room daily rates.

invoice was denied at check-out. Also, no further support afterwards. Poor service!

The breakfast was delicious but you had to ask to get it. They didn't offer it to me at check in and they wouldn't give it to my son because he was 12 and told him to oder from the kids menu.
I didn't like how they were sneaky with the free breakfast. We have kids and the two things we need are comfortable rooms and breakfast. I won't be staying here again.
