Take to much to early check in, although there is option in the web site

The location of the hotel was near retail stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. The rooms were very spacious and up to date.

Great location to be near the airport. It’s not downtown or at the beach, but it is right next to the airport. Starbucks is in the parking lot, as well as chipotle. But there are other places to eat around. Uber to South Beach was $20 in the morning, and the Uber back was $25. It was only a 15-20 minute ride. Great location for us, since we were just there for a weekend in Miami, and had to be at the airport at 6am the next day. Aloft will pay to have an Uber Pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel. They did the same to get back to the airport. That was better than using a shuttle. The employees were all AWESOME. Great stay. Oh, our room overlooked the airport, so we could watch planes taking off and landing anytime, pretty close to the hotel. But the windows were almost soundproof, so it never was a disturbance. I love flying, so I was loving it. If we need an airport hotel in Miami again, we will stay here. One more thing, El Pollo Inka restaurant across the street was great too!

We didn’t really have any issues with anything. They even let us drop our bags off early in the morning after our flight arrived in a secure room off the lobby until our room was ready for Check-In in the afternoon. We had a great experience.

The hotel is not really near the airport. I thought it was closer. The staff when arrived were not helpful. I sent 2 messages earlier informing the hotel that I will be arriving really early and gave them the time. No one responded to my message until I reached the hotel informing me that it is better to communicate by calling - seriously!

Reception staff were good, efficient and friendly.

- room cleaning , 2 times my room was not cleaned. Once they knocked on the door in the morning, I told them that I would leave soon. But anyway , when i cam back late afternoon, the room was not done. The second time, I left at 10am, came back around 1pm stayed in my room for 15 minutes to change and left , came back around 6:30pm...room not done. The cleaning lady saw me coming and going out. One thing I did not like at all, was the speaker in the room, shouting loud in my room, testing the fire system, I presume. I almost had an hart attack.
