This hotel is very clean and their staff is very courteous. We used their shuttle service and the driver was very friendly

I liked the convenience of the location. The breakfast was good. It’s clean and comfortable and blows away all other hotels in the area.
The coffee was cold/empty in the afternoon hours. We had to move rooms due to a bathroom door off track. And I salivated when I seen a Peloton, but it was out of commission the 2 days I stayed.

Staff was a little cold at the front desk. A few of the things in the room could use a little updating. The beds sort of uncomfortable.

Breakfast was adequate. Egg and sausage dishes were poorer quality. Plastic forks, knives were so flimsy they were almost useless.
Gell soaps attached to bathroom and tub walls were hard to use. Had to ask for bar soap. Bed mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Bed lights were dim. Desk chair was stained.
See above. On top of everything I had a previous reservation before I arrived for $690 but the front desk was going to charge me $888 when I checked in. I had to pull out the reservation printout that I brought with me to straighten things out.

Being on the first floor, breakfast was good and overall it’s a very nice location. We like our stay in the Hampton Inns as that is our # 1 choice of hotels!
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we found a crushed can underneath the bed, the bathroom shower was leaking, the shower fixtures were loose and some mold was observed around the bathtub! We always stay in the Hampton Inn chain hotels and we’re quite shocked to see; since we are used to Hampton Inna being the cleanest and well maintained hotels.

No regular coffee in our room. Only decaffeinated. Breakfast was just okay. No oatmeal. Muffins were dry. Pool was small.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices and kid friendly.
We were disappointed to learn on arrival the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. Had I known this ahead of time I would have booked a different hotel.

no daily room cleaning and bed/towel changes. I don’t like to get my own towels and toiletries every night when I’m paying for that service

The location was great and the hotel was very clean
The chair in the room was broken and my dad ended up falling when he sat down in it. But, we told the staff and they fixed it right away. There was also no lock on the bathroom door (it’s just a sliding barn door) so be aware if you end up sharing a room with someone.

The location of the hotel is 15 min away to the downtown. There are a lot of options for dining and shopping just in 5 min drive to the hotel. The staff was so helpful and kind, Jesse was so helpful. The breakfast is good enough.

They should at least tell people that they charge 25$ temporary fees. There is no problem paying that temporary fees but it's better to know at least
