Remodeling and staff very nice!
Pool needed cleaning or refinishing at the bottom. But I’m sure they will do this as they are updating everything! Looks really nice.

Breakfast was typical but nice. Location was excellent, parking all very easy and accessible. Safe location and staff was kind and accommodating. Shower was excellent with great pressure and heat. Beds were also very comfortable.
No complaints. Nice hotel.

Hotel has a nice swimming pool and the hotel is easy to reach. All other things as expected from that Hilton line.
Some strange but not really unpleasant smell in the room. The breakfast room was spacious but was closed with a bang exactly at 10:00 without being asked if one would need anything more from the buffet to round up the first meal of the day.

This is my favorite hotel in suburban Pittsburgh. Always, the furst choice.

Beds are famously comfortable, room was exceptionally clean. Lots of outlets and USB ports. Hot buffet breakfast was great. Shower was big.
I felt like the room was very small for the price. We brought small suitcases, thank goodness. There was no microwave in the room, pretty standard these days, even in budget hotels. I always have leftovers from restaurants, so I REALLY disliked having to use a public microwave in the lobby. I use a cane due to mobility issues, so that was very inconvenient and unsanitary, IMO. I was told microwaves were in suites only.

Very friendly staff. New and very clean rooms and bathroom.
Hot water for tea was cold in the lobby. Breakfast was also not real hot and not very good selection of food. Also, no microwaves in the rooms or anywhere.

The breakfast was mediocre but the staff and facilities were very good. We had a family event at nearby Antonelli's and many family members stayed here. We held a welcoming party in the breakfast area and the staff was very helpful.
Maid service was spotty and the breakfast was not up to Hampton Inn standards.

The beds and furniture installed for travelers was pretty bad!! I've never stored my clothing in a wire rack previously, and things fell through, and sharp corners hurt! Won't sleep there again!

We decided last minute to stay here. The entire stay was great. Amazing staff and nice rooms. Will recommend and stay here again.

The front desk staff was very helpful in giving us places to eat.
Breakfast selection was very poor. Coffee dispensers were empty at 7 in the morning.. It was hard to find an entrance road into the hampton inn without using your gps

Cleaning staff consistently woke me up while I was working night shift. Although I had my door posted as "Do not Disturb" they repeatedly knocked on the door. When I didn't answer because I was in bed they tried their key card and opened the door. Extremely aggravating to be woken up in the middle of a sleep cycle especially while paying more than $200 a night.

It was clean and cool during this heat wave. The staff was amazing and very friendly.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. It was a crowded cause it was Taylor Swift week-end!
My daughters bed had hair on the duvet- they replaced it once she noticed it! But still!!

The property and our room was perfect. This will always be the place to stay

We had a room with double queen beds. They were very comfortable. The room had blackout shades and we had a great night’s sleep. The room seemed updated and clean. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. The exercise room was nice and had what we needed. We also enjoyed that the hotel was within walking distance of several stores and a Sheetz.
The pool was very disgusting. Although it smelled of chlorine, there was visible growth on the floors and wall. The coffee and hot tea options were not tasty in our opinion. Ended up going to Sheetz for our morning jolt.
