Hotel was very nice and staff very helpful.

Paid $40 extra to have breakfast included, and mistakenly thought it covered both mornings of my stay.

It was comfortable and the shuttle was convenient

The sewage smell in the bathroom. The women at the counter could work on her communication skills, not very friendly. The location was not convenient for late arriving guest. Everything was closed or too far to walk to.

The hotel is modern clean and close to restaurants. The beds and the bathrooms were super nice.

The lady at the reception- worst person - Sheraton please have her removed. We stayed here twice - one time each going and coming from our vacation. Each time this lady just starts it off horribly. Anyone else will be better I feel - worst attitude, and rude!

I got stranded at DFW after a flight from Europe. I picked this hotel as a place to stay over night rather than waiting for long, long time that American would have taken to get me a room. Check-in was efficient. The room and sleep were just what I needed.

I thought the breakfast service was indifferent, and I was unable to figure out whether breakfast was included in my stay.
