Shuttle service
There was only one lady at front desk during the night, and lots of worker during the day. Everybody was so nice, but a hotel at an airport neighborhood should care about people arriving late at night.

WoFi strong and stable.
Printing with public PC in lobby is useful.
Worse breakfast I had in years. No variety, no vegetables, barely any food tbh.
Seriously uncomfertable room.
You can't drink the tap water!! Like a third world country! At first the receptionist told me to buy water, luckily the manager had better sense. But having to go fill a bottle in the gym's faucet for a night sip is seriously inconvinient. There wasn't even the usual complimentry water bottle.
There is no luggge service. I had to haul our suitcases by myself, with two toddlers.
There is also no actual access to the terminal except by car. Receptionist failed to mention the shuttle service so we ended up paying for an extra day of car rental for no reason.
Room has ironing biard but no electric kettle or coffee machine.
All in all, one bad thing after the other.

Weird smell in the room, not easy to detect why, found a dried banana peel on the closet, with lots of dust on it as well, rest of the room was clean

Location very near the airport was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the room was fine.
It was quite expensive- the most costly of our 10 night trip in some very nice hotels.

The shuttle driver from the airport was especially terrific. Personable and informative. In fact, the staff overall was outstanding. I also liked the remodeled atrium, and the food was good.

Room was very nice and the cafe was a nice touch so that we did not have to leave the facility once we arrived. Jessica was very helpful in helping us with a car rental location.
Overall very nice stay.
There seemed to be a problem with the air conditioning system in the lobby & cafe area. Fans were running but still warm.

I needed to fly out early and return a rental car. The price as well as the close location to the airport were excellent and allowed me not to have to rush to start my 15 hour flight or worry about traffic. Quiet, spacious room. Perfect for the purpose.
I was only there one night and there was nothing that I didn't enjoy/appreciate about my stay. The $15/night fee for parking is pretty standard and I understand the need to control parking this close to the airport but it was another cost of staying.

It is close to the airport. The closeness to the freeways.
We didn't have any problems . One day we had ants/termites falling from the vent in the bathroom. They were dead or dying. We reported them to the front desk and were taken care of that day.

Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of items for my picky family. Hotel staff/service was great as we needed more towels and blankets. The mini-laundromat was a big help to wash the kids wet clothes after a swim in the pool. The shuttle service was nice and very helpful. This Hotel is awesome! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Excellent staff willing to help on all the issues concerning traveling to and from Austin. Free airport shuttle facilitate things a lot! Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious. Very relaxing common spaces where you can calmly wait for your flight. Definitely recommended!
Only a small suggestion for the future: shuttle driver could have an Whats App or other similar app to call him from airport using WiFi because calling from foreign number is very expensive. However, it is just a little improvement, all in all the hotel is perfect!

Fast and easy to get Austin downtown.
A good restaurant.

The hotel system (maybe together with the booking.com one) tried to charge extra our bank cards twice. the issue was solve after the second appointment with the hotel management.
If to talk about the public transport, only bus no. 20 can reach this place.
