Everything was excellent

Loved the minimalist design of the rooms and building in general. Very clean (no carpet, hooray!) and everything looks new. The room didn’t have a good view but we got early check-in and later check-out.

The location was great for shopping—but perhaps not the best for restaurants (Pearl District has better ones).

the glass bathroom doors. I think hotels need to remember it's not only couples that travel together. I was with my dad and the lack of privacy was disconcerting.

the staff were impressive, kind and helpful.

there were mail clippings in the shower, because of a basketball tournament the hallway was littered with candy… Just cleanliness in general. Also, we were very sad to see the coffee stand in the lobby wasn’t open in the morning…

Too many homeless people and some doing drugs made it feel unsafe

very minimal food and beverage options. coffee and tea stops serving at 11am…..room service ends early, so dinner isn’t an option. beds are not very comfortable…
