Your Staff was AMAZING!!! So helpful and kind it was just what we needed on this trip. When we checked in it was 9:46PM on a Thursday and Terry was so kind and friendly. He started to mention the amenities such as the bar and restaurant and their times to open and close. Well it was now like 9:57PM and I looked at my daughter and said I guess we missed dinner. Terry said "No, No, follow me". Brought us right over to the Bartender who proceeded to take our food orders and also a drink order for a very delicious and refreshing Vodka Cucumber Tonic. The cook was upset because he thought we ordered to go and we were going to stay in the bar area and offered to replate it. We declined because it was just fine it was food and we were starving and so appreciated them staying to serve us. Just a remarkable Staff I can't say enough about them. You also have all the extras that might be needed that a guest might forget or not even think to bring and the Staff was there to always lend a hand for example a safety pin in all sizes so whatever we needed. We couldn't be more pleased and we already went back due to a Flight Cancellation on 6/26/23 and stayed 2 more days it would have been 3 if you would have had room for us . . . LOL!!! Many thanks for the care we received it was remarkable!!!

The only thing we ran into and we were so surprised after being taken such good care of was the Friday, 6/23/23 Bartender. He has been nicknamed "Bad Bartender Bart". He got us our first drink after we decided what we wanted and then disappeared, like vanished for like 10-15 mins. When he came back he just looked at his phone on the other end of the bar until we called him down. He did not check on us or the other 3 people at the bar. We got a second drink after calling him down and he was gone again, nowhere to be seen for like 20 to 25 minutes. Came back with a bag of Cheese Doritos from the Pantry and posted up once again and the far side of the bar snacking on his Doritos and scrolling away on his phone and once again didn't check to see how we were doing if we needed another drink or not . . . .we did! We called him down again got another drink and the other 3 people got their tab and left. Bad Bartender left once again and was gone for what seemed to be forever. Needless to say we took the opportunity when he came back the third time to close our tab. We were going to make a night of it, but at this rate we wouldn't have gotten good enough service to be able to party like we wanted to. Felt you should know this because he does a disservice to your other Staff that are so FANTASTIC!!!

breakfast was excellent. We hadn't received our bfast coupon upon check-in, but the charge for bfast was removed from our bill without hesitation upon checkout (bfast had been included in our pkg). Staff was nothing less than professional and friendly on top of that.

mini-fridge in our room wasn't working, so our leftovers from dinner out the evening before couldn't be used. We could have called down to the desk to see if it could be fixed/replaced but we chose not to do so.

Only problem I was given a room but, someone else was in it. I was given another room with a complementary breakfast.

It’s always a pleasurable stay! Like staying in a resort! From the greeting at the desk, the cozy lounge and fireplace, the dining to the fresh and comfortable bedding! One of my favorite local stays when traveling!

No complaints!

The town of Roslyn is beautiful. The proximity to the highway is excellent. The property is newer.

The room's fan turned off and woke me up during the night. Although there was no dinner service in the restaurant we were not allowed to eat our takeaway at the tables.
