we have stayed in the past and had a good experience, this time was not good at all. My children found a used condome in our room called front desk and the did nothing had the nerve to act like we had something to do with it. Manager was supposed to contact us and nothing.

Fast and easy check in. Breakfast was good. Room and hotel was clean.

There was a sewer smell in parts of the hotel. Like it wasn't vented properly. We were on the first floor and we could hear every foot step of the guests above us.

Check in was awful.Front desk kept saying my card was declining and it was the system. Front desk trying to juggle to guest at the same time.. the air-conditioning in room is awful it's so hot they control it and keep at 72...

Dog fee of 75 usd is excessive. others charge 15~30.

Nothing extraordinary about the hotel. Room was ok. Everything was relatively clean and nothing majorly wrong with the room itself. Not really much else to say. It was also nice to be on the first floor with all the stuff we had

The worst part of the stay was the smell. When I went to check in, I could tell there was a strange smell. Didn't really think much of it until we started bringing our stuff into the room. Noticed it more after we were in the room for a little while and walked back out to go get food to eat. It became clear that it was a sewage smell. I'm not sure if anything was being done to handle it but it became stronger throughout the night. The smell didn't originally permeate into the room, but it began to after we went to bed. Then I had to put a shirt over my nose while I slept so it wouldn't bother me. We both made it through the night obviously but it wasn't comfortable. We were just traveling through on our way across country, but this stop was definitely one of the worst
