Great location
The beds were not firm/bouncy on movements.
Suggest blackout curtains. Appreciate the lighting outside however, the room was too bright for sleeping

I liked having deck right outside the room. There weren’t other guests using it so it felt like private space. Cleanliness of the room. A/C in the room.
No outlets visible by the bed to plug in phone.

There was plenty of parking, rooms were clean, and the location is amazing.
My room's location was at a corner of 2 busy walkways. Our windows had to be covered by blinds at all times or people can see right in.

Close to the beach. Nice little town. Pool was nice. . Friendly owner. Normal hotel amenities provided.
The mattress was uncomfortable. The air conditioner not the best. We were hot every night, except a night it was cool enough to open windows. Walls are thin.

The room was nice and clean. The location of the property was walking distance to just about everything which was nice.
The air conditioner was a little loud but still kept the room cool.

very dated and in need of repairs. windows were so dirty you could barely look outside. window cranks were broken or barely operated. A/C units are well beyond acceptable.

Could not have asked for a better location, walking distance to both short and long beaches.
Rooms were comfortable and spacious, but not extravagant. Happy with our stay!

It was clean and owner was friendly and very accommodating! Parking on site. The only thing was the beds were super soft to a fault. They are platform beds but the platform wasn’t solid. I did sleep but would of preferred a little more support… other than that it’s a great place!

Staff were nice
The description of our " Carriage House King with pullout" stated "THIS suite" has *Partial ocean view - NOT. *Queen size bed - FULL. * 2 TVs - ONE. *Shared deck - NO DECK. *Pull out couch - FUTON. The room was just "ok", NOT great. Don't believe ANYTHING this Inn describes!!!

Lots of nice folks stays here.Outstanding location super clean and family friendly For a 3 night stay there was no attempt to clean the room or replace the used towels, tissue, toilet paper. I thought that was a bit off putting. We made due without asking for service but again they could probably keep up with that detail, it would be top notch.
