Very clean, very comfortable bed.

Hall ways looked worn and grungy. Soda machine was sold out.

TV didn’t work and sand in bed…. Flies in room

Building was old/tired. Blind was missing a slat which let light in. Bathroom cramped/small. Bathroom fan very loud in room next door.

We were transferred to a homeless motel and there was only one bed. I slept on the floor.

We were actually moved to a sister property of USA Inn (Seaview Motel). The only issue we had was a slight incident with a frayed electrical cord but upon notifying the management the issue was taken care of promptly and professionally. Management offered to relocate us to a different room and offered a lower rate on another nights stay.

Excellent customer service. USA Inn had emergency construction when we were scheduled to be there, and promptly and seamlessly transferred our reservations to one of their sister properties.
