The location is great if you’re planing to enjoy the little village of Murphys
The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and old. The bathroom was not clean. The towels need upgrading

Great value, spacious, clean and friendly staff
The heater unit did not have auto, so it was either too hot or too cold for me (my family members were ok)

The hotel is clean, from the reception area, hallways and rooms it is very well maintained. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The addition of doughnuts delivered to your room in the morning is always a treat.
I have always had a great experience. The pool and spa area has been closed since we started staying here, but considering the area and cold weather it was kind of expected. The only reason not for a fully excellent review is that we stay there a lot, a lot of weekends and there’s no return guest discounts. I mean we stay almost every other weekend because the hotel is located directly between where I work and my other half lives. We meet there just to be able to share a weekend together.

The place was beautiful.
The sound proofing from the road noise and the ac. That ac was nonfunctional and very loud, but it didn't drowned out the noise all night from the road next door.

The staff is friendly! They have a variety of fun treats to offer at check in. The donuts are delicious but you could also get a breakfast burrito instead. The rooms are clean.
We had two rooms, one of them had a strong cleaner chemical smell, but overall we have no complaints.

Excellent experience. Very friendly desk staff. Clean room. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Lots of small touches, including homemade mini donuts and orange juice delivered to your door in the morning.

I liked the staff very much. They were friendly and helpful. The suite was roomy and comfortable.
My only issue was poor lighting.

People next door were very loud. Breakfast was awful
You have no way to know if your guests are noisy. Some people are just loud.
I didn’t see anywhere you could add a kitchen so not able to answer that. Maybe give guests a $15 coupon to a cafe in town. Have the local baker deliver fresh baked pretties ever morning and have bananas apples and other “fresh” fruit on the counter

Location is perfect, close to downtown. The hotel is very outdated and beds and furniture need updating. Not a super clean hotel.
I didn't like how outdated the hotel room was. Not very clean either. Towels were of the cheapest quality.

Clean, relatively simple (but above average) when it comes to furnishings, nice staff. It seems it was at full capacity, but we didn't hear much noise.
The breakfast was very primitive.

These rooms were much larger than it appears from photos. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was timely and delivered to our door. Those donuts were yummy!
Room was a bit dated. I felt weird walking barefoot on the old looking carpet-- couldn't tell how often they clean it. Otherwise the rooms were in great condition and seemed pretty clean.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! The room was clean and spacious. It was great having a home base that allowed us to easily explore the area. Our kiddos especially enjoyed the fresh made donuts that were delivered to our door in the mornings!
