Good location Beach access

No coffee machine or kettle in the room, no complimentary water, bathroom wasn’t clean with urine in the toilet when we got there, no complimentary parking despite large parking on hotel premises.

Die Lage am Strand ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine kleine Shopping Mall mit Supermarkt, was praktisch ist. Das A-La-Carte-Frühstück ist gut und für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind recht abgewohnt und müssten mal renoviert werden. Es fehlt ein Coffee Maker. Auch Stauraum (Schrank) ist wenig vorhanden. In der Beschreibung stand „Blick über das Resort“. Der Blick ging aufs Vordach auf die Klimakompressoren. Das Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant war unfreundlich. Der Pool ist winzig. Es läuft dort ständig laute Musik und die Bar ist direkt daneben, wodurch es permanent nach Frittenfett riecht.

Iedere keer dat we ergens af gingen rekenen hadden we andere prijzen en koffie bij de koffie corner was de ene dag gratis omdat je gast was en een bandje had en de volgende dag moest er weer betaald worden 😮‍💨

La ubicación: muy cerca a una playa no muy amplia pero suficiente. A las 11am ya no hay poltronas, pero si Toallas. Deberían dar sombrilla pero el intenso viento lo impide. Playa de estacionamiento: un must por el poco espacio que tiene esa parte de Lauderdale on the sea.

El edificio es antiguo y a las 4pm el cuarto no estaba arreglado. Vi la eficiencia de la persona que lo hizo así que se trataría de poco personal contratado. Cierto que eran días de semana santa.

The prices at Backflips were way too high. They seemed to set their own prices and went up every time we went back. We went there less and less as the week went on. $23.50 for two drinks is a little crazy. Just sayin'

not able to go up the stairs, only down. housekeeping is done way too late, around 5 pm daily. furniture needs updating in rooms. vent where AC comes out needs cleaning, it was disgusting. rooms should have flooring, not carpeting. dont understand when there are four people in a room that only 2 chairs and one umbrella is covered by the resort fee, that's ridiculous and NOT made clear upon arrival.

Hotel beira de praia, com proximidade a cafeteria , supermercado , bares restaurantes. Ambientação moderna e praia com bastante pontos instagrameáveis

Distancia dos modulos a recepção, nos obrigando a transitar com malas da recepção ao modulo de quartos. Nossa experiencia com o Restaurante foi mediana.

Food was great, place was clean but my biggest thing was how friendly and helpful and accommodating the staff was. Excellent experience!!

Great little boutique hotel on a very quiet street and close to many stores and restaurants. Has an outstanding pool/beach bar. Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. The Circuit car will transport you for free to many nearby locations.

Hot sand and afternoon storms, but there is nothing the resort could about either of those things....lol.

I liked the pool and beach.

The rooms could have had more amentities. They had a party in the lobby (they rent out) and it was loud-we could hear it going on in our room all evening into the night.

Beach, Room, Hotel staff, umbrellas available for free at the beach. Walking distance to all of the restaurants were super nice as well. Pool was easy to access

First room smelled a bit musty, but they moved us right away and we had a great time in our new room.

GREAT property and location with all of the services of a large scale resort. We love the contemporary design and the staff were engaging and pleasant! The food quality and value were excellent!

I do not drink alcohol, but do enjoy N/A beer. I was disappointed that there no nonalcoholic options on the menus when requested. I would suggest to add these options for non-alcohol drinkers and perhaps a Mocktail category as well.

The bed next to air conditioner was blasted with cold air even when a wall of pillows was made. Person who slept next to air conditioner came down with a cold.

Staff was friendly and always helpful. Great area. Could walk to wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Beach was right across the street and there was a small pool available. It was good how they had beach chairs available just for guests. Enjoyed how their was a beach bar. Liked how there was free use of the bikes at hotel.

I sent a request to the hotel prior to my arrival, they did not answer. The area was mostly motels which would’ve been nice to know prior. There was loud construction in the morning & our balcony door didn’t even open (there was cautious tape & a note stating not to open it).Bartender at the beach was rude and customer service was significantly different to then what other guests were receiving. I am not sure if this is because we are a young couple (mid 20’s) or what the issue was, but regardless of our age we are still paying and tipping customers.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and downtown eateries. My only complaints- the construction was not mentioned in the Booking.com write up and we were promised 2 Queen beds and only got 2 Full beds. I asked about this at the front desk and was told that's all they had available. They NEVER offered a price reduction or any other compromise for their lack of promised accommodations.

This was our second time at Plunge and we’ll be back.

We thought they should have noted that they are under construction on the website.

Dated. Our room overlooked parking and buildings. Had masking tape running a long slider window that didn’t open because there was no deck. Hallway and room dated. Phone in room didn’t work. I think photos from on Hotel and travel booking websites are very deceiving. Next time we stay back at the Pelican Hotel well worth the extra money.
