The front office last told us to get f***ed and won’t allow registered service dogs

Nothing

Would not allow a registered service dog. The foot desk lady said she wasn’t letting nasty animals stay at her place. Cussed us flipped us off told us to get f***ed and she didn’t care what the laws was.

I didn’t like any of it. This is not a family friendly place to stay. I will never stay here again.

was terrible and frightening the desk person refused to refund half the stay. very disappointed

it was dirty, door jams were cut looked like repairs from doors being kicked in. no hot water and traffic noise was loud. old ac/heat wall unit was loud. tv had no sounds. very unsafe units.

The price. The room was clean.

The location. The hotel staff, at check-in, was behind a glass cage. The hotel must have been in a bad neighborhood! Heavy highway noise at times.

I was glad to have a place to stay.

It was dirty, but the bed was comfortable. The price was different every night I stayed. And they charged a $20 deposit I didn't get back twice. 😏

Fair for the most part minus it being super hot in the room all night

The rooms were very clean and the room seemed newly remodeled

The A/C did not work in my room and it was about 80 degrees in there kinda sucked but I didn’t want to deal with going back to the office since I was already up since 6am and didn’t check in until 11pm.

It was very late when we arrived, the lady that checked us in was very nice. It was about 2am

There was no breakfast, there was coffee

This property is apparently a work in progress, the outside is not very appealing but being worked on, the parking lot itself is terrible and location is awful. The room was descent.
