Excellent location on a beautiful stretch of beach. Stunning sunsets every evening from the lanai. Very comfortable and well equiped. This was our second stay and it was every bit as good as in 2019.

Customer service (Cindy) was extremely rude when we needed to call her to check in, saying all the information was emailed to me and asking if I had a rough flight…when I couldn’t find check in email and all I was asking was our room number and how to get inside. Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Management company is not on-site or at the front office of the complex (they are off-site). Our paper towel roll was practically empty at arrival and when I called to see if I could get a roll, they made it seem like it was an inconvenience and I had to purchase my own, saying the already provided 1 roll which was not accurate.

Unbelievably fantastic location. on the beach with ocean views. close walk to food and shops. centrally located on the island to all major locations. Spacious, comfortable for a family of four. Very clean, an excellent value.

The accommodations are a little dated.

Oceanfront

It was booked as a one bedroom, however it was a studio layout. At night and early morning, it was unsafe due to homeless traffic and using oceanfront for sleeping.

Great location, beautiful view, balcony, free wifi, updated kitchen and bath. Easy parking. Short walk to beach.

TV Cable box did not work, stove light burned out. Not enough beach towels for 4 people, furniture old and worn out. Sofa bed material is disintegrating. Bedroom furniture paint is falling off. Not enough bar soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to last a week. No AC in bedroom. No elevator. Patio furniture old, worn and mismatched. Not enough dishware, glasses, and silverware for 4 people to use for more than one meal without running the dishwasher.

Awesome beachfront property, condos was clean and had an amazing view. We relaxed on the deck of the third floor for many meals. Condo came with all the kitchenware needed and the bed was comfortable.
