The location of the property was close to the beach and a short distance to all of the activities in Cannon Beach. We enjoyed taking in the local sights and flavors during the week. Neighborhood and property are very quiet letting us truly relax during our stay.

I was disappointed to see hair from the last occupants in the shower along with sand that wasn't rinsed off the shower floor. The laminate on the cabinets throughout the unit is peeling. Noticed a concerning leak on the dual shower head spraying water directly on the ceiling and into the overhead light fixture. The eventual water damage and possible electrical issue must be addressed right away.

Nice quiet place to unwind. Everything worked and the jet tub was awesome...

Step up and buy 2 ply toilet paper! 🙂

Location, room size and it had a fridge

A few things could have been cleaned better. Could have been better with out the construction on our roof and having an air compressor right out side our door. But people have to get work done.

The beach is spectacular.

There was construction everywhere around our room and the first day we got there, on a Saturday, the workers were there working until 830pm. The bed is uncomfortable and the room could be amazing if there were some upgrades done. For the price we paid, I was not happy with the experience.

Getting to take a bath, the fireplace and the room was cozy.

A safety light was burnt out, bathroom thermostat was broken and refrigerator needed defrosting. I think there should have been enough coffee packs for the days we stayed, had to reuse the packet.

Very comfortable. Good location for beach access and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to hit.

I loved how close it was to the beach and to downtown.

Location! Although parking was a mess with people parking in "NO PARKING" areas.

When we arrived key was in door, not lock-box. Opened door and you could smell mold. Mold in bathroom & kitchen tile grout. Place is in need of tons of repair! Refrigerator didn't work properly and freezer compartment was in dyer need of defrosting. In fact it wouldn't even make ice cubes even after "I" defrosted the unit! Bathroom shower handles are reversed and loose. You either scald yourself OR freeze starting shower. Window blinds are filthy and missing pull knobs. Front door self closer is broken off door jam! Kitchen fan over cook-top is rusted. Fan in bathroom is filthy. Vinyl on kitchen cabinets is peeling off. Carpet in need of shampooing. Broken floor lamp next to bathroom entry. ALL lighting is dirty! Kitchen sink faucet is loose. Washer & Dryer don't work well at all! Large upright freezer in laundry area crammed with "who knows" what food?!

Beautiful rooms, great location, close to the beach. Wish we would of been able to spend more time there. We will come back again
