Beautiful place. Very nice room, suite, good internet, big TV with Direct TV and HBO. Really comfortable king bed with excellent pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected. Large pool and hot tub, fire pit with automatic start. The place was well taken care of and the staff was great. I will have several stays after this one. We came down from the mountains for a weekend stay for a get away and had a great time, there is good access to the main roads, in other words it's a good location.

The price of their drinks like diet coke is really high. If you want the full breakfast instead of the free one you will pay an above-average price for not a spectacular breakfast. I wouldn't do it again. Our room had too much road noise as the building paralleled a major road with mostly heavy traffic

That it had another hotel connected to it that was way much cleaner

low water pressure. had to turn valve all the way over to the hot side to get Lukewarm water. the breakfast was a huge disappointment after staying at other Hiltons. the breakfast burrito was disgusting and so was the egg omelet. it was greasy and soggy, there was no sausage or bacon for the breakfast. we had to call the front desk Sunday morning to let them know people had thrown up all over by the entrance doors. We were told we would have to pay for breakfast on the Homewood suites side if we wanted something better to eat, For the pricing I paid it was far from the last stay i did in north phoenix at the Hilton off I17 and happy valley road for 3 weeks and lesser money. this left a bad taste in my mouth and my other guests said things as well. big disappointment for a Hilton

When checking in, Sunday afternoon the staff was amazing! one of them had curly hair with glasses. You can tell she loves her job and her guests come first. We enjoyed the location and the quietness of the hotel. It was safe! the gym and pool were very clean and breakfast had a variety of items.

When checking out on Thursday morning Andrea lady at the front desk (I made sure I got her name) was extremely rude and disrespectful. From greeting to questions it was very unprofessional. The questions that we had WE had to figure out everything on our own Which is what made the “staff and rating a good.” It seemed like she hates her job and did not care. Also, in our room when going to bed the sheets were a bit dirty and stained but no big deal it was ok.

Location, room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent free breakfast. Wifi included.

Price was higher than I would usually pay and more than other locations few miles farther.
