The pool was cold as all get out. I reported to the staff and nobody checked it out.

Staff were excellent and super friendly. Fast elevator. Hot breakfast including eggs and sausage that were gluten free, included juice and fruit, waffles and pancakes. Everything seems new or very clean. Walk in shower. Parking was easy. Restaurant options close by. Easy location for us from what we were doing either by freeway or by surface streets. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Our home is super quiet when we sleep and our a/c heat unit seemed very loud and we woke up every time it cycled on. Not sure that doesn't happen everywhere though. Would love other chair options when picking a room, a recliner or a foot stool I knew that when we booked but if I could make a suggestion that might be it.

The hostest was So warm and welcoming. The location was great and inside and clean.

Pool was closed. There was no notice. Just a note on the door.

The staff was amazingly nice, very clean, breakfast was good and filling.

The beds are too hard for my liking. Upset the pool was down for maintenance and this was not disclosed on the booking.com information.

I liked the modern layout of the hotel, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was good.

the room felt empty with the decor and furniture chosen, the fridge and microwave didn’t work the best and felt cheap, the shelving where the fridge and microwave was at did not pull out properly and was catching on the bottom part like the door was crooked.
