Great location for Sharc and Village walking access. The unit was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked great.

The beddings are well worn and should be replaced. Dishware also needs to be sorted and some tossed out. However there is an abundance of cookware and bake ware if you need to do lots of cooking.

VERY SPACIOUS CLEAN COZY LODGE TO CELEBRATE NEW YEARS, GROUND LEVEL ACCOMODATION SO VERY HANDY FOR MY YOUNG GRANDCHILDREN .. THE FABULOUS PRIVATE JACUZZI WAS USED EVERY MORNING AND EVENING, GREAT SHOWERS & COMFY BEDS,

NOTHING AT ALL ... FANTASTIC LODGE ...MAYBE TO LEAVE AT 11AM WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CHILLED. AND NOT SO RUSHED ON NEW YEARS DAY BUT IT DIDNT AFFECT OUR STAY...ID LIKE TO MENTION THAT THE PATHS AROUND THE OUTSIDE PARKING AREA.. TREE ROOTS HAVE LIFTED THE ROAD AND IT ISNT VERY WELL LIT AND THIS IS A BIT OF A TRIP HAZARD IN THE DARK.

Location, comfort, hot tub. Robin was lovely, personable and responsive, as was our maintenance gentleman who quickly resolved a silly TV issue. Board games and gaming system a nice surprise.

Some cookware needs upgrading. Needed a good dusting. Instructions for TV would have been helpful. Beds not as firm as we prefer.

Everything! Beautiful rental, kids loved the bike trails, seeing horses, easy access everywhere. Can't say enough good things!

Just the shorter business hours due to Covid. Nothing really!

The unit has been very nicely updated and had ample of everything we needed. It is very comfortable and very clean. We are making this review without consideration of the things that did not go well--see below.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at 7:30 in the evening we found the master bathroom floor covered in water that had also soaked the rug in front of the sinks. Then, found the batteries in the remote for the gas fireplace were dead. The next morning the temperature dropped to 37 degrees but there was no heat. We had workmen in the unit from 1pm until 6:30pm to make repairs. It would be very helpful if a map of the resort were provided in the welcome material.

Excellent stay! We loved that it was casual and clean. The home was very comfortable and roomy! We loved that our girls could run and play in the back green area. We met great families and loved how close we were to the pool and village.

No complaints .... other then we will extend our trip by a few days next time! : )
