I did not like anything about this rental. It was dirty when we arrived, uncleaned from the previous guests' stay. I submitted multiple complaints through Vacasa. I tried but was unable to get in contact with anyone outside of Vacasa regarding this issue. I still have not been contacted and it has been over a month now. I have received not even a refund on the cleaning fee, which is outrageous considering IT WAS NOT CLEANED BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND I WAS CHARGED A SUBSTANTIAL CLEANING FEE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REIMBURSED DESPITE REQUESTING THIS SEVERAL TIMES

It was not cleaned before we got there. It was infested with roaches and other bugs. I complained and was ignored, and continue to be ignored. No one ever contacted me by phone or email about this issue when I submitted complaints, and still have yet to do so. I was just sent a bunch of texts from anonymous vacasa workers promising me things that never happened, like "the local team" reaching out to me.

Having two bathrooms. Accommodations for 8. Cozy feel in the living/dining area. The wood fireplace.

House is a bit out dated (kitchen, bathrooms, thermostats, etc). The kitchen and bathroom had areas that could have been cleaner. The bath towels were way too small. Utensil drawer in kitchen was broken.

This was a great place. There was 4 of us and there was plenty of room. Nice living area with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The surrounding area was gorgeous, and very close to Wilmington!

When I walked in I immediately noticed an odor, and it was pretty potent. It smelled like cats. I would strongly recommend you buy some Nature's Miracle and spray all the carpets in the house. That should get rid of it.

The location was perfect. The house was cozy and clean for 7 people.

Total feel of nature. Clean towels and bedding. We found all we were promised and we expected.

It was obvious that guest are welcome with pets, which leaves traces of associated senses.

Location was perfect! Very comfortable home.
