The cottage was clean and comfortable.

The shower was very small but the room was great for two people.

The location was great. Nice and quiet and close enough to the beach. The residence was relatively clean except for some mold on the shower curtain. Overall a good value.

The door access lock was difficult to operate. The shower is small but wasn't too bad to use. If you are big into watching tv, the channel selection wasn't great.

First, the cottage was as clean as can be and had everything that you could possibly need. Secondly, it was an ideal location for the Seabreeze Smooth Jazz Festival at Panama City Beaches. It took me 5 minutes to get to the Festival. And thirdly, I had a problem with the lock to lock. So I emailed VASCA and told them of the problem. I told them that I would be at the Jazz Festival and they said that they would get the locals who take of the problem. They said that they would have it fixed. I had a phone call while I was at the Festival. But I listen to it when I got back to my car and they said that they took care of it. When I got into the cottage, there was a note telling me what I did wrong. So I was thankful for the quick response and I was worried that someone would get into the cottage and steal my stuff.

the proximity to the beach is great - very close , however - our beach cover was stolen from the driveway - safety is an issue

the issue of the badly working heater /ac in the unit, no blankets provided , the windows are very poor quality - overall was extremely cold in the unit - had to go out purchase blankets . the sink isn’t draining water well , no disposal or dishwasher , no washer in the unit , the toaster not working . called the office about blankets - told to go out and buy our own .

Not super clean in a season when many accommodations are trying to impress with their cleanliness due to the pandemic

Loved the location and the cottage was cute and comfortable. Vacasa provided excellent service and fulfilled all our needs.

The appliances were new. Shower was ok. Location.

Felt overall dirty. Fans layered in dirt, sofa bed foam pad filthy. Rugs felt dirty. Ants in kitchen, bath & bedroom. Couch was faded and nasty. Chaise dirty. Window covers broken and shelves in bathroom rusted. Metal rod can be felt in sofa bed while sleeping. Old & worn!
