Perfectly positioned Villa for walking in to town. Lovely big outside space with Sun beds and pool. Plenty of umbrellas for shade.

Property exactly as stated - clean, comfortable and in an excellent position. Kalkan is beautiful and very pretty. We last came 9 years ago (same villa and I never usually go back so that says a lot!) and it’s still as pretty but a lot busier.

I recently spent a lovely 10 days at the Lemon Tree with a friend. The villa itself is a lovely size with a very generous outside area including a very welcome private pool and wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The location is perfect for walking into town and there is a little pizza/pasta place just down the road. All in all a little gem of a place that I would highly recommend.

Really great villa with fabulous outside space. Very clean and well maintained. Top bedroom is very small and the angle of the ceiling makes it difficult to get to the cupboards and wardrobe so my two children ended up sharing a room, which didn't both them at all. We went to Kalkan two years ago and were very surprised this time by how much the prices had gone up but even so Kalkan would be our return destination every time. Fabulous restaurants and you could eat in a different one for lunch and dinner every day and you still wouldn't duplicate. Lovely little bar around the corner from the villa which is really quiet and nice for a later afternoon drink before heading into Kalkan for the evening. Overall an excellent stay!!!

This is a beautiful home ! Beautiful location close to the center of Kalkan. The house is very nice and you have everything you need for . The air conditioner could have been a little bit more powerful. But the pool is amazing the view is breathtaking ! Loved every single day of our vacation.

We had a good stay at Villa Limon. It has Turkish villa charm combined with lemon and olive trees and a lovely fresh pool. The hosts were very gracious and did everything to make our stay comfortable (water and breakfast goodies were welcomed and appreciated). The man taking care of the property was rarely there which we didn’t mind at all. Overall a very pleasant stay in Kalkan.

First time to Kalkan and the villa was beautiful. Pool area very spacious and was cleaned everyday. Loads of space inside very clean and had everything that you need. We enjoyed so much we are hoping to return next year

Had another lovely stay in this Vila very clean and had all that we needed. Not far from town maybe a 10 min walk. We love Kalkan this has been our 7 year running.

The pictures of the house are absolutely accurate, house is lovely with great location. We were 6 (with2 small kids) and you have everything needed to feel comfortable and staff at the reception is absolutely lovely. Special kudos for the agency who is super responsive and tried to really help us. We had a small issue with our rented car and they really helped us a lot super quickly, without them this would have been completely differently. Regarding the house, it is really super clean. On top of the person responsible for the pool coming everyday, we appreciated that we had a cleaning team coming at the middle of the vacation (after 1 week) , it was even cleaner !!!!! Finally we also want to thank Peter and Caroline for their friendliness and responsiveness. Do not hesitate to rent with them, they are super responsive, kind and give personal and good advises. Kalkan was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed so much that we will come back for sure!!!!!

Great location and villa clean and tidy. Pool extremely well maintained by Mehmet. A water cooler, hairdryer and pool towels would have improved our stay but no complaints overall

We had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan, so lucky to have discovered such a charming and beautiful part of Turkey. Already planning our next visit. The villa was lovely, and very clean and well maintained. The walk into town is quite a way, but we used the local taxis both there and back. Less than £2 each way, so we used them every day and they arrived always within 5 minutes of our phone call. Wonderful boat trips both daytime and evening and great beach clubs, reached by a 5 minute ride on the free water taxi. So many restaurants to choose from and in such lovely locations. It is impossible to try them all in a week, but in every one we did visit the food and service was great. We met so many lovely locals, which made our holiday a very memorable one.

We have been visiting Turkey and Kalkan of the last 5 years. Our previous Villas have been much further up the hill into Akbel with beautiful views. We were worried about loosing the vies by staying nearer into town however we needn't have worried at all, we were delighted with this location of Limon Acacia only 10 minutes walk into town or the markets and we still retained the beautiful views over Kalkan bay. If we didn't walk into town then there was a small supermarket just 5 minutes away which had all the basics needed. The Villa itself is beautiful and filled with everything you could need for a family holiday. All very clean and very well maintained throughout. Omar came every day to set out the furniture and umbrellas every morning and then came to set all away at the end of the day. We didn't have any issues whilst we stayed at Limon Acacia, however we were always made to feel that nothing would be too much trouble and would have been seen to straight away. Communication from Peter & Caroline was excellent in the lead up to our stay which was reassuring. We will certainly recommend this Villa and will also be booking again! Sarah

Villa Lemon Tree was lovely Perfect for our family of 5 Pool was great and well maintained by Omar who came twice daily to check pool and was very friendly Great location just 15 minutes to walk into main town for great restaurants and 5 minutes to supermarket Hill was a bit steep going back to villa but we would get Taxi back every night after a fabulous meal as Taxi was only 15tl about 2 ponuds It was our first time to Kalkan and we are definitely coming back next year

What a gorgeous Villa! So clean and comfortable- thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay for an unforgettable couples break. There were four of us in total and the villa was extremely spacious, especially the outside terrace! The BBQ was a lovely added touch and the management team were very attentive to our needs. We adored Kalkan and the walk down in to the town was around 10 minutes which was perfect. We will definitely hope to stay again at Villa Lemon Tree

Lovely property, well equipped and maintained. Great value. Kalkan was very nice, some great places to eat and very quiet and low hassle (compared with larger Turkish resorts). We went to be close to Patara beach and it remains a beautiful place.

Villa Limon is a lovely house on the hill in Kalkan. The private pool is a welcome relief from the heat of the day as are the plentiful garden umbrellas. The view from the garden dining table across the bay is wonderful. You can watch the boats leaving for day trips or small yachts having fun in the water. The first morning I was delighted to find that our sun umbrellas were already up and waiting for us to laze away the day, that same evening they were lowered and the sunbeds straightened ready for the next day. What a treat! This happened every day of our holiday and it was a gamble as to whether I would have finished my first G&T before Omar came to tidy the garden each evening and want to move the chair I was lounging on!! There are plenty of shady areas to escape the sun, either the first floor balcony with a view across the bay or the porch overlooking the garden and pool. The management team were excellent and very discrete, Omar looked after us and we was very thoughtful and kind. We had no hot water at the beginning of our holiday but as soon as we mentioned it the problem was dealt with immediately. The house is very well equipped for a home from home holiday, but do read the itinerary list properly, unlike me. There is no hairdryer so either take one or you can buy one very cheaply in the town. The town of Kalkan has a good range of supermarkets and any other shop you think you might need. The restaurants are too many to mention but all excellent value. We were very impressed with the excellent choice of food available. I am a coeliac and did have concerns regarding eating out, all worries were unnecessary. The walk into town is downhill which is not too bad but coming back can be hard especially during the middle of the day. Luckily, taxis are plentiful and all very obliging, even collecting you from the supermarket with your food shop. We hired a car for only 3 days of this holiday and it gave us a little bit of freedom to drive into the mountains or to Kas or Patara beach but you could manage without one because the taxis will drive you where you want to go. If you go to Kas visit the restaurant Sako.....grilled octopus to die for!! We had a fabulous holiday, the house is truly lovely and very well maintained. Memories of warm evenings, cicadas, pool lights, wine and a near full moon will stay in the memory forever. Still so much to see and do....next time! Julie and Steve - Gloucester June 2015

What a fabulous time we've had! Villa is beautiful, exactly as stated on website and has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Kalkan itself is gorgeous, lovely cobbled streets, nice shops, excellent restaurants aplenty and a very pretty harbour. Be warned there are lots of hills, so there's a good hike after a night out! However there are plenty of taxis which are fairly cheap to whisk you back up the hill. Thank you Villa Lemon Tree and Kalkan for a wonderful holiday. We will certainly return.

We have taken home many memories to treasure of our fourth family holiday at Villa Lemon Tree. We hired a car for the first time this year to visit surrounding sights and they were well worth it. We continued our evening routine starting off with a walk into Kalkan village, window shopping on the way, to eat at our favourite restaurants - Aubergine was the winner. Day trips in the car were fun this year but think we'll go for the relaxing holiday next year without a car as it's just not needed unless you want to go further afield like Kas . Can't wait to go back!

We throughly enjoyed a 14 night break in this lovely villa in Kalkan. The views from the villa are amazing. The villa itself was comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious and had a lovely private pool where we spent many lazy afternoons. The welcome pack was well appreciated after our long journey arriving late at night. Omar came out twice a day to look after the pool and garden and was most helpful and discrete. When we got up in the morning the Parasols and sun beds were ready for us to start our day. We hired a car from the airport and glad we did. Although you could walk into town, coming back was a strenuous uphill walk to return to the villa, however, taxis are readily available if you don't fancy the exercise. Kalkan itself was magical. You will be spoilt for choice of rooftop restaurants with high quality food. There are lots of sights to see in the area all easily accessible with a hired car. We especially like the boat trip on the Seabella where we had a lazy day around the bay. I would not hesitate to book with Villa Lemon Tree again.

We have found ourselves coming back year after year to this beautiful villa. Our two children, now 12 and 8, can't wait to go back for the fourth time ! Happy days enjoying the view around the villa, lazing in the sun, games in the pool and fantastic meals out. Also enjoyed the boat trips from the village and sampling the Turkish Iskender. The villa is spacious and comfy with a family feel. We haven't hired a car before so will do next time as we want to explore the surrounding area.

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Lemon Tree in Kalkan, Turkey. The villa was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed swimming in the private pool, situated in a large terraced garden with breathtaking sea views. You can walk to the town but we hired a car so we could explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the locals are lovely people. We would strongly recommend a trip on Sea Bella which is moored in Kalkan and a visit to the weekly town market. All in all a memorable holiday in a villa that ticked all the boxes.

been to kalkan 3 times, last two times we stayed at this villa. when we go again we will look for this villa first. for the value of holiday we can afford with two adults and 2 children this villa is excellent value. easy walking distance to town (downhill) and for coming back out of town (uphill) if you don't want to get taxis everyday, it is in what I call walking distance. if you do decide to have taxis, its not to far to make it a costly holiday extra. we like this villa as it has space around the pool for the kids to play without splashing the sun bathers as you get at other villas, as the pool areas can be slightly small. villa spacious and always clean.
