The place was nasty, floor was sticky. The dresser was in the closet and there was a plate under the dresser with weed. A pair of women’s underwear with blood. The electric outlets are a fire hazard. Could feel the cold air through the floor around the tub.. it had cob webs in the corners. phone died and was not able to get it to charge. the box would fall out

Keys were a mile away. Absolutely disgusting location, hole in floor,car parking few blocks away,hair and dirt on bed, we were there for 5 minute and checked out and owners would not refund or partial refund.

It is very close to the beach and other events in NH.

This property was absolutely DISGUSTING. lower your standards if you plan on staying here. There were actual holes in the floor of the room we were staying, fruit flies everywhere, the shower wouldn’t get hot, and we paid $300 to sleep on a mattress on the floor. But it was close enough to walk places so that’s a plus I guess.. Also smelled like a beautiful combination of cat pee, moisture, and cigarette smoke

I liked the view of the water and the short walk as we have kids.

The bed had no box spring matters well sleep on the floor. If your in that bed with someone it sinks in. The fridge wasn't even plugged in and barely worked. The microwave had no rotating tray inside. There was no blankets or pillows for the trundle bed. It smelt so horrible we had to leave it open for hours to clear it out. There was a hole in the floor I twisted my ankle in. Theres no TV in the bedroom. There's people living in some of the rooms.. you have to drive to another place to get the keys to your room.. it's crazy

I made this booking because of the price and the convenient location to the beach and boardwalk. The memory foam mattress was comfortable. The air conditioner was adequate.

There was no office at this location and I had to check in at a different location and drive back to the room. I was given a parking permit for a lot that was about two blocks away. Being able to park close to the room would have been a lot more convenient. There were two beds in the room. The twin bed, that I ended up sleeping on, didn't have a top (flat) sheet. I had to pull one off of the larger bed in the other room. As for the larger bed, it lacked a proper foundation and the memory foam mattress sagged at the foot of the bed. There was a hole in the bedroom floor and the flooring was cracked and broken around it. there were other holes in the flooring as well. The room had a peculiar odor like stale cigarette smoke. The refrigerator wasn't cold and was either off, unplugged, or didn't work. I was going to use it for some bottled water, but decided just to leave it in the ice chest and not mess with it. It would have been nice to have it on and cold already.

Wasn’t able to get clean linen we were there for 4 nights. Needed more toilet paper that we didn’t get either. Rooms were not that clean and smelt like stale cigs. Parking was far away and inconvenient

The place in general

Parking was a bit off hard to find . Due to an emergency I did not het to stay my self at the property but my son and family members enjoyed the weekend. At the other side of the properties the have more than one.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the hosts didn't explain where to go to check in so I had to ask one of the sketchy tenants that lived downstairs, the hosts were very rude and not apologetic at all for the inconveniences they caused.

No parking we had to park a mile down the street the stairways going up to the units were 2 inches thick of ice and very dangerous the floors were falling apart cracked and broke

Location

I booked a room that indicated it could sleep four. The description stated there was a queen size bed and two sleeper sofas. Our room only had a queen size bed and one single day bed. Although advertised as a “family suite”, the room was very small. The room was also in desperate need of repainting; the tv looked like it was ready to fall off the wall, and one of the chairs was broken. Check in and check out has to be done at another hotel almost a mile away and the person who checked me in was rude. I had messaged a couple days before arrival to ask about parking for two cars and was told only one parking spot was available (which was fine) but what I wasn’t told was that there is only one parking spot for the entire building and that it’s used by one of the long term tenants.
