Breakfast was good. When we checked in on Thursday, the gentleman at the desk told us breakfast was available until 9:30. However, they removed all food at 9:00 am. Slight communication problem.

Had no hot water on the second day. First time I had ever had that happen at a hotel. That was a little annoying.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and Clean ..breakfast was awesome.

The hot water was out, and the pool and hot tub were out. The reason we came to your hotel was for my grandson to be able to swim. The guy at the front desk was very frustrated and was short with us...I understood why...I just wish there was someone who let us know by phone or email that there was an issue. The front desk guy...Johnel .offered us a 30 dollar off each room. We got one...but the other was charged full price...I brought it to the assistant managers attention and she said she fixed it, it has not been added back to my acct yet. I do understand this was out of his hands and I do hope that we didn't make his night worse. I know others really did give him a hard time.

Staff didn’t really seem to be interested in addressing issues with room. Rugby team staying there running amok. Shower drain slow to drain, making shower dangerous. Bureau drawer would not stay closed. Tripping hazard. Toilet was slow to fill.

Property was very well kept and in an excellent location. given the location the property was fairly quiet in the evening.

During my stay the elevator wasn’t working.

Grounds were overgrown. Fifty dollar pet fee booking.com didn’t mention

Breakfast met expectations- hot and cold items as well as fruit, juice, milk and coffee.

I had no complaints about hotel.
