There was nothing that we disliked - everything was wonderful!

Proprietor Sharon was friendly, caring and took care of anything we needed. The rooms are well appointed with thoughtful amenities, such as extra throws, bath robes and toiletries. Check in and check out system is seamless. The property is private and quiet. Nice getaway from the bigger hotels and cookie cutter rooms. We loved it and will be back❣️

The stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable and clean. It felt like no one ever stayed in that room. I’ll definitely be coming back. BONUS: the owner gave a detailed rundown of must-do’s in the area. The breakfast at the nearby Mexican spot is delicioso as well.

Our little villa is centrally located in downtown Springdale area.

I bought bagels as a snack, and thought the room had a toaster. Forgot that it did not have one!!

Self check in - nil contact with any person during stay which was not appropriate when you needed help Shower not working. Attempted to contact person via booking message and email (could not text message due to being international traveller) to seek assistance, did not get a timely response. Says breakfast included, voucher says 7am. went to cafe and they were closed. Wrong information provided would not stay again

Everything was wonderful. When we walked in, the room was all lit up with natural light and lamps. Decorated si cute. Very much a Zion esthetic ❤24hr access to the jacuzzi. Beautiful view. Sharon was so sweet and welcoming. It's a perfectly sized little mini village. Next time, I'd like to sit at the fire pit. Definitely worth what we paid and more. And the cost wasn't as much as the other lodging around.

The only thing I can say i didn't like was that the bleach used to clean the sheets, left a really strong aftershock of bleach smell. But I appreciate the cleanliness.

Only 8 rooms for this inn. they are small but well thought out. The free breakfast at close restaurant was excellent and the very helpful manager provided excellent customized information about visiting Zion and Springdale.

Springdale is expensive but this property was a good value to other local accommodations.

Outstanding property. Very clean, beautiful rooms with everything that you could possibly need. Nicely decorated with very comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. Realn exceptional place to stay. The proprietor is very friendly and efficient. She's available for help with any detail.

the upstairs foors are very old and the squeaked terribly, waking everyone up when I used the restroom at night. also, there was no blow dryer so I could not wash my hair. who doesn’t have blowdryers these days??

Excellent location, breakfast at Oscars was first rate, e-bikes available ($165 for two days per couple) and stylishly appointed room. Views from hot tub were spectacular (when it was working).

Sadly by our last morning there were lots of ants in the bathroom and there was no one on site to advise when we checked out. Our room was pretty small (Subway) so the cases blocked walkways and the hot tub was out of action on the first night and was only cleaned and filled when I overtly asked for it to be. My husband then overhead the manager moaning I'd asked to use it...not great customer service.
