We love the location. We stayed at Sterling Breeze in October 2022 and decided to come back for 2023. Very close to Pier Park and near by restaurants. The unit has an electric grill on the balcony that we used twice. The kitchen appliances appeared to be newer and worked well. Staff was friendly and cleaned the pool and hot tub on the ground floor every morning. The AC worked good as well as the washer and dryer. The cleaning personnel cleaned the room very well and left some toilet paper/ 1 roll of paper towels / small soaps and shampoos / sample of dish liquid / sample of laundry detergent /plenty of towels, etc. Key pad entry to the unit was a plus. Room is very close to the elevator so you do not have to walk very far. Parking is right across the street in a parking garage. Oversize vehicles with luggage toppers can park on the ground floor. They offer shopping carts so you can easily get your groceries to your room.

Unfortunately, the room (1802) is pretty outdated with old brown scuffed furniture and damaged paint/walls. One of the lamps in the living room closest to the balcony was broken/lopsided as if someone dropped it on the floor. The hair dryer in the master bath did not work so we had to purchase one at Wal-Mart. One of the lights on the fixture above the dining room table was missing. The living room tv was not a smart tv and has cable only but the master bedroom did have a smart tv. The shower curtains were dirty and had moldy spots all over. The water pressure in the master bath was pretty weak compared to the room we stayed in last year. The master bed and bunk beds were pretty rough and hurt our backs but the 2nd bedroom mattress was good. The plastic trash can in the pantry was broken and cracked on the top. Some of the dishes in the cabinet were still wet when we got some out to use them. Toilet seat in the master bath was broken and crooked on the bowl. Shower rod in the master bath was loose and fell the first time we took a shower. It was a twist to tighten style so I just put it back up myself. The shower liner in the hall bath was way too short and hung above the side of the tub which allowed water to get on the floor when showering. The hall bathroom door would not lock. Only a few hotel style clothes hangers in the bedroom closets so make sure to bring your own hangers. Only two small coffee cups in the kitchen cabinet but plenty of other kitchen supplies. The living room sofa bed was pretty rough and needs replacing. There are only 2 elevators at Sterling Breeze so wait times can be lengthy at times. The pool and hot tub open at 9:00 AM and close early at 10:00 PM. The property security guard is quick to run everyone off at 10:00 PM on the dot. A $50.00 parking and pool pass fee was required. We know it costs a lot of money for updates but the whole unit needs a makeover for sure. Just want to be honest so the owners are aware of the issues.

Doing your own sign in and pass registration, and the paper parking passes are not efficient. What happened to the rear view mirror hangers for parking?

The beach and view were amazing. Pool and hot tub was very clean and large. Building staff was friendly and helpful. Nice condo for the price!

We had an issue getting the oven to work. We made due with the electric grill on the balcony, but it would have been nice if it could have been usable. I tried to get assistance, but did not receive any. We were also unable to get signal on the TV in the living room and master bedroom, but we weren’t there to watch TV so that was ok too. Biggest dislike was the bed in the guest bedroom was extremely wobbly and noisy. Every time I turned over I though it was going to break. There definitely needs some screws tightened on it or something.

Everything was nice

Cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8 am the morning we were to check out. Everyone was asleep, she started to come in and thankfully I stopped her at the door. She said she was just seeing if we were already gone. Checkout wasn’t until 10 am and I had not checked out yet

Had a poor interaction with your parking monitor. Need to be more specific about oversize parking requirements. Did not appreciate receiving a parking citation after paying 100 dollars to park two vehicles.

Hard and confusing of getting the parking pass and wrist band from the email instructions. Need more elevator, waiting almost 29 minutes to get on/in it.

Location and pricing and the view

on some of the reviews it states their was a stained couch and it was already replaced. That was not true the couch is still there and very stained. the hotel room was not very clean upon arrival.

The location is perfect! Pool and hot tub facilities were always clean and the staff is great! Very comfortable for family of seven.

Apartment had been cleaned but seemed to have a bad smell. We bought plug in deodorizers. Needs to be updated, as there were scuffs all over the walls and some of the furniture is stained and/or scratched. One tv wasn’t always working and neither was ice maker.

No extra towels toilet paper garbage bags rooms out dated zero clean linens. No sand toys buckets etc. beach chairs.. old patio furniture and grill I would give this room 6 out of 10

The view was awesome and the room was clean.

The volume on the tv in the living room wasn’t working and we didn’t have sheets to fit the sofa bed. The sheets issue was resolved the next morning.

What breakfast??

Furniture needs to be either repainted or upgraded. The condo needs to be painted.
