Clean, great location and quiet.

Cozy, beautiful cottage. The grounds were beautiful. Bikes right there for our use. Free laundry facility with supplies for your use. Beach cart, umbrella, and chairs right at the cottage. Absolutely loved everything!

Cottage was well equipped. Very neat and clean. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach wagon on the back porch. Bikes available to use. Grills in the back yard to use. A small pool area. Kitchen had a full size frig, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Full size coffee maker, a microwave, and 2 burner portable stove. The bed was very comfortable. Front and back porch with table and chairs on each. Ample storage in the closet. Iron, ironing board, and blowdryer in the room.
Great location. Lighthouse beach on gulf side a short walk down the road. Small Bayside beach a very short distance the opposite way.
Overall, a very pleasant experience!
Parking was a bit tight. That was the only minor inconvenience.

Peaceful and Quiet, could hear the birds chirping and singing. Could even here the woodpecker pecking. Only 4 rooms in the cottages. Met wonderful people, who really made me feel welcome being a solo traveler. The manager Shauna treated me like she knew me for ever. The cottage had everything you could need or want. One of my best vacations ever.

Everything was provided to make our stay extra special such as the bikes, wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas and the little pool was perfect after a long day at the beach. The cottage was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be back!
We liked everything about the property, we have nothing negative to say. If I was to give any feedback, it would be to place a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc, with a heavier shower curtain with suction cups on the bottom to keep it from blowing on you while showering. Everything else was fantastic!

The location was excellent, right next to the Lighthouse Cafe. It was a short walk to the island Lighthouse, the beach and the Marina. Beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, shell nets, bicycles and other amenities were provided. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Cottage location was very convenient to food and shopping; we walked / bicycled to many places. Our cottage was very comfortable, with a great mattress, 2 TVs, sofa, kitchen table, and all the amenities. Interior, including kitchen was recently upgraded, which was unexpected. On site laundry was handy, as were free bikes. The proprietor Shawna, was extremely helpful with everything. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

They thought of everything, bikes, beach chairs and towels, shell washing station. Very clean and cozy.
The stove had no oven, we wanted to bake pizza and was unable. The burners get the job done, but it’s like cooking on a camper stove. They provide both gas and charcoal grills, so you can improvise and find lots of things to cook or grill.

This is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. A quick walk to the best beach we visited on Sanibel.

Very clean & accessible
All was fabulous except our morning of departure-loud plumbing work started at 8:40 -it would have been appreciated if someone had knocked on the door ahead of time as it was alarming! We did have to ask the Plummer to move his vehicle as he was not in a parking space & totally blocked getting in or out-we have rental property & make an effort to let our clients aware of work in advance-just a suggestion😊

The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach. The Lighthouse Restaurant has great breakfast and 30 sec walking distance. Also had bikes and shelling nets available.

Everything was great but our bed wasn't the most comfortable. We both woke up with achy backs & it was hard to fall asleep.

Location was an easy bike ride to the beach. Cottage was very quaint in a quiet area. It had everything you needed to dine in as well. It even had a small pool if you wanted to take a dip.
