The location was good. It was quiet. We had our dog with, so it was good not to hear anything outside. No one bothered with us. I feel like 90% of the people who were there lived there. Beds were comfortable.

It was dirty. The bathroom sink didn't work. There was dirt over floors. Ants in the bathroom. Our smoke dector wasn't there, just the wires hanging out. Our room was to besmoke-freee but smelled like stale cigarettes.No one checked on us all weekend. They did make sure when we arrived to give us 5 towels and washclothes, but we were there 4 days and saw no one. We also only had 1/2 of roll of toliet paper for 5 people for 4 days, so we had to go to the office which no one was ever in and wait until someone got there.

The guy at the first desk was cool. The room had a very nice large television.

I didn’t like the bugs, the dirty sheets and comforter, there was no fitted sheet on bed just 2 flat sheets. The comforter was gross and looked like there were urine stains. The bed was highly uncomfortable.

The fellow running the place was very nice.

The place was flimsy, the sheets slid off the bed, the towels had stains. The place just did not seem very clean.

I would never recommend Budget Inn cause there's a lot of roaches,it could have bedbugs too.I had to cover their sheet with one I had to buy to avoud possible contact.DO NOT GO THERE.

Bed bugs bites the next morning and I mentioned a family emergency and couldn't stay the second night. Dusty was understanding and said he could refund us the second night, but I was still charged the full amount :( so that's a bit unfortunate since he could have told us to do it online. Nice guy though but more communication would be nice

The room was very dirty and even though it's a nonsmoking room but someone definitely smoke in there. The bedsheet was so dirty and had stain on pillow case, sheet, and blanket. The bed was too soft and they need to upgrade a new bed. You can tell, they been using that bed for at least 10 years. It was not worth it at all.

Got in the room and had mosquitos all over it. The sheets were very old and dirty. WiFi didn't reach the room we stayed. No. Staff on the front desk. Very expensive hotel for what they have.

The location was ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was filthy, many bugs, holes in the bedspread, no cups, coffee, or sugar for the coffee maker. The WiFi kept going out. The cable TV didn't work but a staff member brought a different cable box. I will never stay here again.

Location was just a short drive to things in the area. They seem to do a good job on cleanliness. There was a fridge, which I appreciated, and microwave.

when I arrived, the tv was on loudly. TV remote worked for changing channels and volume control. However, it would not turn the tv on or off. So, rather than mess up the cable by unplugging, I had to turn the volume down to zero to sleep. Also, the bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. Liquid Plumber (or something similar) needs to be used. And finally, the place (sidewalks, doorways, etc). needs to be sprayed for bugs.

The facility wasn’t up to our standards. The management gave us our money back. We didn’t stay there! It was too Smokey smelling! i could not breathe. For someone else, it might be ok! we didn’t have any issues!

There was noone on the property to check us in. We called 5 times and noone answered the phone. We were forced to find another hotel.
